Being a good writer is great, but, unfortunately, it does not necessarily translate into being a brilliant marketer.
This is why Ourboox is developping a platform (currently in open Beta)to enable book discoverability by search engines and create a sort of YouTube for books.

Ourboox is now working on adding the possibility of including a link to Amazon book's selling point, this icon will appear next to the sample chapter and remain visible while reading the sample, making it easy to switch from "tasting' to buying.
Would you like to help building that feature by volunteering to check it for bugs? If you would, please send an e-mail to ran [at] ourboox [dot] com . He wil inform you when the feature is available for testing.
As Ourboox is a non-profit, bootstrapped self-funded start-up, any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The "Buy the Book" button is now available. Here is what it looks like, as shown with the samples of the first writer to use that feature so that you can see what it looks like

the mobile version is still not perfect but is being improved as we speak.
Improvement will apply to all sample chapters already uploaded, so, you can do it now already.

Sample chapters have their own URLs that can be shared and read online, with no download or registration necessary.
