Having Trouble Joining Author Program

I'm new to Goodreads (Joined Oct 5th), and I'm also a new author. In following the procedure to join the Author Program, it was necessary for me to manually add my book - "God, Technology, & Us". After filling out the form, I abruptly learned that there was another author with the same name already on Goodreads. Therefore, my book was attributed to his author profile.

How can I get my book attributed to my profile - especially since I'm not yet part of Goodreads Author program?

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
