She nodded slowly and sighed. "And your wife? Haven't heard about her for a while." She said softly, looking up at him. She crossed her left leg over the right and rested her elbow on it, laying her head on her hand.

"My wife...." He said quietly as his glance fall down to his feet. "She is dead." He added quietly almost to a whisper.
She frowned. "I'm sorry...I shouldn't have asked.." She whispered softly. She looked down as well. "So you went back to your old job then?" She asked.
"It is fine.. you wouldn't have known." He said slightly glancing up at Argent before answering her next question. He nodded as he said. "Yeah, only thing left here that i remember."
She nodded slowly and sighed a bit, rubbing her face. "Thanks, for chasing him off I guess." She said softly. "I've been dealing with that for a few months now..." She mumbled.
Todd nodded as he looked up at her. "Why were you dealing with it at all. I remember you wouldn't take anything that wasn't far." He said
She sighed. "I was forced. Father wouldn't have it any other way, so I couldn't really do much about it." She whispered. She shook her head slightly. "I wouldn't have agreed to be with him if I had a say in it."
Todd slightly frowned but, end up nodding. He sighed and got to his feet, as he glanced over in the direction that the man went into and looked down at Argent. "Still have busy father, i see somethings never changed." He said before adding. "Well, you can come to the barber or the dinner anytime, you need a break from him." He then started to walk off but stopped and looked back. "Come back when you need anything, no matter what." He added and then turned around and started walking back to the dinner.
Argent bit her lip and looked at him. "Wait! Can i stay with you?" She asked softly. She looked down and bit her lip. "Father hasn't been himself lately..." She whispered.
He stopped once again as he heard her voice, he looked back and nodded. As he motioned for her to follow him.
She nodded and stood up. She walked over and followed him, looking around. She wrapped her arms around herself and chewed at her bottom lip again.
As he walked he looked over at her and saw how she was walking. It made him slightly smirk, he contiuned walking all the way back into the dinner and sat down. He went back into drinking his coffee. It was cold, he sighed and order another one. He looked over at Argent. "Would you like something?" He asked in a sweet voice, even though with is voice you could never really tell the different from sweet or the others.
Argent shook her head. "No. I'm fine." She said softly. She sat next to him and looked around. "How long have you been back?" She asked softly, tilting her head slightly.
Todd nodded as the waitress give him his coffee. He looked over at Argent before answering her question. "About a few weeks now." He drunk some of his coffee and placed the cup back down.
Argent nodded slowly and sighed a bit. She relaxed and looked around. "So why'd you change your name?" She bit her lower lip, hoping that she didn't make him upset.
He cleared his throat as he heard her next question. He looked at her before answering. "Lets just say i want it to be a Specious when i pay some a visit."
She nodded slowly. She looked around and rubbed her eyes, sighing a bit. She stretched and cracked her elbows. "Who exactly will you be paying a visit to?"
"Its no reason for you to know all that, Argent." He said looking at her before drinking some more of his coffee.
"Why not?" She asked. She crossed her legs and raised an eyebrow at him. "Why can't I know?" She asked softly.
