This is a bit off topic, but I thought I would share in case anyone is interested. Writing and selling my book isn't my only big project this Fall, we also have another creative business my husband has been very hard at work trying to start. About 15 years ago we used to make garden art out of copper and cedar, birdhouses/feeders, bird baths, and miscellaneous garden decor. We did art fairs and the local renaissance festival for several years, but then we sold that and started working for the man. Now we are back at it with new designs and a new enthusiasm. That's wonderful! I love the look of the copper leaves - very beautiful!

I have creative pursuits beyond writing as well, namely painting. I post my work on my FB art site, if anyone would care to take a look. Recently I've been using it to promote my book, but most of the time it's all about the art.
