Please add books to series

Hi,
Two actions needed, actually.
First, I have just published an ebook edition of my first novel, Sky Carver. Is there a way I can link them so that the reviews and rating for the original hard cover (the one selected above) apply also to the ebook edition? (I have already added the ebook edition to my profile.)
Second, My two books Sky Carver and Raven and part of a series that will soon have a third book. I was able to indicate this on the ebook edition because I am the publisher (through my own imprint, Boatman Press). I'll be adding an ebook of Raven by the end of this month and the all-new third book by the end of the year and would like them all to be identified as part of the Carver's World series.
