A coworker/friend recently read _The Terror_ and liked it.

The Terror is amazing IMHO. I was so excited when the Erebus was found but, unfortunately its discovery was largely ignored by people here in Canada. Shame. I would add this book too. Kind of a companion read to Endurance.
