Sunningrocks

[The Moon Rider]

Dawnfire padded over to the old, sun-warmed rocks and started to bathe on one, remembering a story from one of the elders about how they used to fight to keep them. One day the four leaders gathered to the rocks and had reached to an agreement that there had been too much blood spilled in the past generations. They agreed to share the rocks in peace and to change all the codes into the way a peaceful Clan would have. To him, it felt strange to have all the Clans gathered in peace all the time instead of just in Gatherings. Dawnfire told himself that he would get used to it, but something told him that was a long way from now.
