Are wolves in this rp able to do a half transition where they could have their tail, claws and ears out?

So I'm back with that whole Alpha kids thing, plot idea, again not heavy on the son since again, began thinking of this when I was thinking of making another character... >~< So here it is.

Age 12 the two alpha children were taken by a rouge 'hired' by the Umbra to kidnap them and take them to Umbra in hopes that it would begin a war between the three packs. It worked but the children, having been knocked out forcefully by the rouge, on the way to the Umbra camp, the 12 year old girl of the Solar Pack was dropped and rolled down a tall steep hill and the rouge didn't waste it's time trying to get her, leaving her there and continued with the boy to Umbra.
The Lunar Alpha's son was taken to Umbra but upon awaking, due to the force the rouge had used to knock him out, he faced amnesia. Umbra took this to their advantage, told him of a fake history and made him hate his own pack and the other two packs. He was then trained to help end the last two packs. [Training to become part of the Iota]
Meanwhile, the daughter of the Solar Pack Alpha, had tumbled a great deal and was eventually stopped by a tree. Her head had taken more damage, where the son could retain his memories if something traumatic were to occur, the daughter had absolutely no recollection and would never remember. She laid there stuck for many days, healing and slowly dying. Eventually though, she healed enough to move and get down. She struggled but eventually found water and was able to eat some berries she found. Since she wasn't at the brick of death, no memories she knew she had to survive so that's exactly what she did. She taught herself how to hunt, cook, purify water and set up shelter. When she was 14 she was attacked by a bear and nearly died if she had not dived into deep water. She learned to swim that day and to breath for a long period of time underwater. She then taught herself how to defend and fight so that she would never be at risk. She learned much, eventually, over the years learned a lot of knowledge on plants and animals, on healing and fighting, hunting and odd enough communicate with animals, in a sense of course. When she was 17 though, spending many years out in the forest alone and surviving, she finally ran into someone. This man had attempted to kill her at first but stopped once realizing she was just a lone wolf. He taught her more, more skills in fighting, but mainly the language he spoke he taught her since she had forgotten that too and spent years not saying a word. They had secretly met up after that first day, him teaching her all these things, how to read and write as well. What she didn't expect was him to, when he'd aged a year older, he suddenly jumped her and ...
After that, she stopped meeting him, she raced deeper into the forest and away from where he said he lived, betrayed and angry, but hurt, deeply hurt. It wasn't until much later she discovered that she was pregnant with his child. She was 18 when her son was born, a beautiful baby boy and she though she would die if not for the gods looking down on her. Her son it now about a year and a bit at the age of 19, still alone and caring for her child who she loves dearly.
[This is playing off the idea that the man found out that she was his soul mate and his wolf went crazy when it clued into this fact. Also, it was very vague on who it was so depending on what was planned, the man could actually be the Alpha's son which would cause some more drama there. But the rogue was killed for losing the daughter.]

The plot sounds okay, but normally mods do the whole Alpha thing, so we'd need mods or people willing to RP these two pre-created characters who were active. Like, VERY active. I've been active since the day I created Adara because she's pretty crucial to development.
So it's okay? Yes, The son's isn't as severe due to the knock on the head the rogue had done since he didn't give a heck if they actually lived or not. The daughter was basically the same way but because of the rolling down the hill her head would have been hit and bumped a lot of times which is why it took her a while to heal due to her injuries.

What exactly can a Seren do for a patient with amnesia? I'm not sure what abilities she has or what I could do. Thank you!
