Description:
This book can be of much help if:
You struggle with procrastination, distraction, managing your time, or getting things done on time.
You have been caught by the technology tide and your mind is constantly being bombarded, distracted and pulled in multiple directions by external stimuli—the type II “cultural” AADD—Acquired Attention Deficit Disorder—that we have created by trying to do multiple tasks at once.
You have been “diagnosed” with ADHD, or you haven´t, but you know that you have a lively mind.
Have you heard the maxim: “If it ain't broke, don't fix it”?

In Break It To Make It we are using a completely opposite approach:

“If it ain’t broke, break it.”
In this book I am sharing my 40+ years of experience studying, exploring, testing and re-testing many different methods and tools (and whatever I else could find) to beat procrastination, get things done, increase my productivity, manage my time, etc.

I tried and tweaked multiple productivity systems until I found the combination of tools that works perfectly for my lively mind.

And if it works for people who have a lively mind, how do you think it will work for those whose mind is less bouncy?

Right. It will work wonders.

The same book in a different language will be combined.
If you'd like the English edition to show on your author page (instead of the Spanish), as the author you have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default: https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/3...
