Ajax giggled like a child and gazed up at him, cheeks pink. "I love it when you call me that." She murmured.

"Well, my name is so odd and different that I always assumed I couldn't ever have a nickname. My parents often call me Aj but that nickname doesn't feel right." She told him.
Her lips spread into a smile. "Wow, I didn't know that. But you won't guess who I'm named after. Or I should say, what I'm named after."
Ajax nodded. "I'll tell you. But I think you should tell me later tonight when we're in our pajamas and snuggled under the covers". She smiled, then sighed. "I was born after a city in Canada." She said.((It's an actual city here...I live close to it XD))
((I can see how you'd assume Europe aha))"That's where my mom was born." She replied. "It's a small city that's only a half hour from Toronto. We go there at least once a year. Maybe I'll take you next time." She smiled then smirked. "I agree. I think I'm soldier like."
Ajax raised her eyebrows, impressed. "If you want my dad to love you then tell him that." She laughed. "And yeah I'll take you to one". And smiled
Ajax watched him talk about the blue jays with fascination. She loves how his face lit up. "I'll help you with that goal." I promise." She held up her pinkie.
Ajax wrapped her pinky around his, then grinned. "So you're a Harry Potter fan to?" She asked hopefully. "So if I break this vow I die?"
"Wow," Ajax nodded impressively. "I have all the books and movies and a few merch items." Ajax shrugged. "I was into it more when I was a few years younger." She said.
((Well I had this huge headache last night and I still have it slightly-although it's tolerable- but I also just feel really weak; probably from the lack of food lol. And what are you doing up so early???))
Ajax nodded, tracing invisible shapes into his jeans. "That's okay. They're the kind of books that you can read at anytime. And they'll never get old. And the movies are really good." She smiled up at him.((ooooh okay lol))
Ajax laughed warmly and turned to face him again. "Those are good ones! I like the different insults they say, like: "toss pop," she giggled.
Ajax smiled widely and nodded. "I bet you can't guess my favourite childhood movies. The only hint I'll give you is that they're not Disney. None of them."
"Well I mean I have some that I like. Like Toy Story and those princess movies. But I have three others I adored more." She sat up, sitting in front of him. "One of them is through Fox."
((No worries!))"I'll give you a hint. Well two." She smiled, curling a strand of hair behind her ear. "The movie title is a name of a person; specifically a famous Russian princess."
Ajax beamed, clapping her hands. "Yes! It's my all time favourite; I know all the songs off by heart. And yes I know some people thing it's Disney and when they try to convince me it is, I get really passionate about how it isn't." She smirked.
"Hm, I'm not sure what company it was produced under but I know that the director once worked for Disney." She said. "It was mads in 1994." She said.
"Think bar-AH!" She shrieked, then burst into laughter as she playfully wrestled him back, grunting as she tried to push him off.
((Lol! Did you think it was funny?))Ajax gasped when they suddenly flipped, then took a second to adjust her position so and was straddling his hips. She blew her hair out of her eyes. "Think-SCOTT!" She shrieked as they suddenly flipped again and he pinned her. "Ow." She giggled, pouting cutely.
((It's adorable lol))Ajax huffed and bucked her hips up to bump into his, playfully whimpering. "It's you who don't let me I bush my sentences." She said, then started to kick her legs.
Ajax gave him all her wait as he pulled her up so her head lolled back. She giggled and quickly pushed him backwards and climbed on top of him, pinning his arms at his sides. "I was going to say that 'think Barbie.' Or a fable story." She smiled down at him.
"It's Swan Princess!" She exclaimed with a cute giggle. "But it's based off of that fairytale." She shrugged, then cupped his cheeks in her hands. "Now there's one more. I'm not sure what company it was produced by but it's based off of a Hans Christian Anderson fairytale that's centred around a really tiny girl."
"Yeah! That's it-SCOTT!" She screamed as she laughed, pouting cutely and huffing up at him after grunting in mock frustration. "It's from the Lion King isn't it not?" She said softly, not one-hundred perfect sure. She's only seen the movie twice in her life.
Ajax sighed when he rolled off her and turned on her side so she was facing him. "Well, is that my hint or do I get a new one?" She asked.
"Well he probably hears me laughing to do I don't think he's to worried." She smirked, then gave him a look. "Those clues suck! I have nothing to go off of."
Ajax grinned. "The Lion King? I would have never guessed." She smirked, sticking her tongue out at him.
"Hm.." Ajax hummed, furrowing her brows in concentration. "Is it the Maze Runner series?" She asked, biting her lip hopefully.
She grinned happily. "The last hint gave it away." She smirked. "Okay what's the next one?" She asked.
"Oh god." Ajax groaned, covering her eyes with her hand. "That's like the hardest question anyone could ask me." She laughed, then dropped her hand. "But okay. I'll try this. Do you want to guess or should I just tell you? You may not know of some of them."
She smiled warmly, shaking her head. "No. But most of them are." She told him. She took her other hand and began to play with his fingers.
"Oh and these are in no particular order. Putting them in order would probably kill me." She smirked. "And urban fantasy." She said, glancing at him.
She giggled and nodded. "It's a very popular series. They recently released new paperbacks." She told him. "And of course I got them." She grinned.
She blushed. "It's that series yeah....it is popular and talked about like it should be. It's a great series." She said. "Very different. And the writing is amazing." She said.
"They get better after the first book I promise." She laughed, then nodded. "Okay the next series is a trilogy. It can be categorized as a physiological thriller or magic realism." She said.
She stared up at him and smiled. "Well, it's common for each book in a series to come out at least once every year. Well after the second book was published, the last book didn't come out until almost three years later. The publish date kept getting pushed back. And there's also a name in the book titles; same one."
"Nope." She giggled. "It's: The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer trilogy by Michelle Hodkins." She said.
Ajax shrugged. "No I wouldn't say he's controlling. He just has an attitude. He's also British so that explains a lot." She laughed.
"No," she shook her head. "Id find you ten times more attractive." She grinned, then playfully tapped his cheek.
Ajax shimmied closer to him so she could lay her head on his chest and drape her arm over the length of his torso. "Next one is a stand-alone. Genre is contemporary. It has a lot of hype lately and is about a more darker topic so it's not your typical lovey-dovey story." She said.
"No, not really. Well I mean I guess she is now. It was her debut novel. It came out last year." She said. "It involves self harm." She explained.
"You're wrong." She smirked, glancing up at him. "Sure you don't want me to tell you?" She asked.
Feeling triumphant, Ajax smiled smugly. "Faking Normal by Courtney. C Stevens." She said with a proud smile.
((Lol!!!))"Oh so you know it?" It smiled and kissed his cheek. "It's a good book. Very moving. Okay so the last two are considered adult books." She said.
()same lol))Ajax laughed and shook her head. "They're not classics. And I liked Fifty Shades. But it's not my favourite. Anyways, one of them is The Child Thief by Brom. It's a retelling Peter Pan as like a horror fantasy story."
"I have yeah." She nodded. "Okay I didn't like the first one but the other two in the trilogy are actually really good. And the last one is All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doer." She said. "Super popular book."((I got called into work tonight damnit))
((I work at McDonald's. I just do cash and lobby and make coffees and such. I also have to work tomorrow at 6am :(((( ))Ajax nodded, flattening her palm on his chest. "Wait are they all young adult?" She asked.
((It's alright I guess lol))Ajax smiled and nodded. "Well I'll need another hint." She said, then kissed his chin. "Please:" she batted her lashes.
Ajax furrowed her brows, really thinking hard about it. She honestly couldn't come up with the answer, so she thought she'd guess. "Is it the Unwind series by Neil Shusterman?" She asked, biting her lip.
Ajax gasped, sitting up slightly. "Is it the Shiver series by Maggie Stieve-whatever?" She asked hopefully, but also feeling triumphant for guessing a series on his list by accident.
