She shook her head, laying back down on his chest again. "No I haven't read it. I haven't heard the greatest of things about it." She shrugged.

Ajax giggled. "I don't know! Just mixed reviews is all. I'll try it out though; just for you." She touched his cheek.
She kissed him back then hummed, thinking. "Still a series of a stand alone?" She asked.
She pursed her lips, thinking hard. "I honestly can't think of anything. Can I have one more hint?" She asked.
"Oh my god!" She exclaimed, sitting up. "That sounds familiar but I can't think of what's it's called!" She poured cutely.
Ajax huffed. "If it's genetically altered boys I'm going to kill you." She smirked. ((I'm off to work! I'll be back in about three hours ish))
"Oh I've heard of it!l" she exclaimed, then took a second to think about it. "Hm....unknown? Why?" She asked.
"Yeah..." She said slowly. "I have absolutely no idea." She laughed. "You'll have to give me this one."
Ajax nodded. She never heard of that trilogy. "I'm gonna just guess right off the bat; is it The Hunger Games?" She smirked. ((I should probably go to bed early tonight lol. Gotta be up at 4:30))
()that must suck! I could never do that lol ))Ajax turned her face toward him so his kiss to her cheek ended up being on her lips. She pecked his lips then smiled. "Divergent." She said confidently.
Ajax pouted cutely when she got it wrong. She then smirked and nodded. "I could see why. Is it the Shatter Me trilogy my Taherah Mafi?" She bit her lip.((Same lol))
"OH crap!" She huffed, sighing softly. "I'll need one more hint. Please." She begged, putting her hands together as if she were praying.
"Oh, oh!" She started to clap her ands and bounce up and down on the bed like a child. "The Maze Runner series!" She shouted. "How could I I have not guessed that first?" She stopped bouncing and frowned.
"I think that-" she began to say, but a knock at her door cut her off."Ajax? It's time for Scott to go home. Say goodnight." Cal said.
Ajax smirked and sat up, standing up out of bed. "Just a second dad." She said, then took his hands in hers. "Be at back door in an hour or so, okay?" She whispered, then kissed his cheek.
She nodded after returning the kiss. She held onto his hand as she led him out of her bedroom. Cal wasn't in the hallway.
"Bye." Ajax giggled, watching him go. She closed the door behind him, locked it, and found her father in his office where she wished him goodnight and skipped off to her room.
Within that hour, Ajax removed her makeup and cleaned up her room a bit before he'd come back. She also changed into black leggings and a baggy black t shirt that said: "so many books, so little time." Ajax tied her hair into a ponytail as she crept out of her room an down the stairs.
Ajax walked into her large kitchen, turning on the small stove light so he would know she was there. She was sure he could see her moving around the kitchen as she prepared two mugs of white hot chocolate for them both.
As her mug was brewing, Ajax padded over to the double class doors at the back of the kitchen and smiled once she saw him on the other side. "What's the password?" She whispered loud enough for to hear.
Ajax grinned, leaning against the door mockingly sexily. "Incredibly cute you say?" She waggled her brows. "Alright: you may enter." She stood up normally and unlocked the door, letting him in.
Ajax closed her eyes and kissed him back, closing the door and locking it behind him as they did so. She pulled away with a smile and nodded, taking his hand and leading him over to the Kearug machine. "Do you want some cookies too? My mom made them." She whispered.
Ajax nodded with a smile and grabbed plate the cupboard shove her head. She placed four cookies on it then took a minute to pour whipped cream on their cocoa.
"Hey that's rude!" She whisper-exclaimed, then gasped when he dabbed the whip cream on her nose. She giggled and crossed her eyes as she looked down at her nose and licked it off with the tip of her tongue.
Ajax smirked and wiped her noise with the back of her hand. "Well I guess you'll hate making out." She giggled, handing him his mug.
He literally took her breath away when he suddenly kissed her like that, and afterwards she blinked, slightly dazed. "Yeah...this way." She blushed and walked ahead of him, leading him out of the kitchen.
Ajax knew her house like the back of her hand so she easily navigated them to her room in the dark and without difficultly. Her bedroom door was already half open she she pushed the rest of the way way open with her hip and closed it the same way after he came in behind her.
"Nope." She said in her normal tone, pausing to set the cookies down on her nightstand and take a small sip of her drink. "His room is at the other side of the house. You're safe." She smiled.
"He's probably awake on his computer or something. He often works from home." She said as she sat her mug down beside the cookies and began to prepare her bed for them, tossing the throw pillows off and pulling back the duvet and blankets. "And that's okay. I'm of even in my yet." She giggled.
Ajax rolled her eyes, glaring playfully at his as he pretended to take his pants off. "Oh please; I've seen a penis before. Nothing new." She laughed and tossed a pillow at him.
Ajax laughed and turned around, holding his shirt in her hand. She bit her lip as she briefly checked out his chest. "Turn around." She whispered.
Ajax placed his shirt on her bed then peeled off her own shirt, which she has nothing underneath. "Yes." She murmured, biting her lip as she stepped out of her leggings.
Ajax just sighed deeply and pulled his shirt over her head, spreading the fabric over her body. She then quickly climbed into bed, covering her naked legs with the blankets. "Okay. I'm done."
Ajax smiled and snuggled up to him, nodding. "Whenever you're ready." She whispered.
Ajax listened intently, nodding along to his story. She then gasped at the mention of Langston. "Wait; Langston bit you?! Why?" She sat up.
"But Scott, that's not right." She protested, sitting up beside him. "If he needed a right hand man that badly he could have found one instead of making one. Oh my dad would be furious if he knew this." She huffed.
Ajax nodded. "If I can. I guess it makes sense why you'd want to throw him out. Briefly I thought it was odd that you didn't have a legitimate reason. But I understand now." She said, then reaches up and touched the back of his shoulder, most likely where he was bitten.((Sorry if my posts are a bit meh I'm not feeling well at all today))
((Thank you! Work is murdering me lol)))Ajax bit her lip and climbed onto his lap so she was straddling his lap. She smiled a him and kissed the shoulder he was actually bitten on. She brushed her lips across his skin, not caring that his shirt she wore rode up around her waist, revealing her underwear. "Well most alphas are like that." She murmured.
Ajax raised her head when he prompted her to, then stared at him in awe. "Wait...you want me to be...alpha?" She asked, then shook her head. "I thought it was going to be the other way around."
"I thought that's what this was all about." She giggled. "I mean it makes sense. He turned you unwillingly and it'd be payback." She kissed his shoulder again. "And besides; I won't he taken seriously as alpha."
Ajax nuzzled her face against his neck and smiled, flattening her palms on his chest. "You're amazing." She whispered, then kissed under his chin.
Ajax adjusted her position, slipping one of her bare legs between his and pillowing the side of her face/head on his chest. "See you sure this is where you want to be tonight?" She asked.((They're to cute omg))
((Same lol))Ajax giggled as his chest shook underneath her. "Well you didn't sneak in. I let you in." She stated, pressing a kiss to his collar bone. "I might toss and turn tonight. I usually do," she sighed.
"It's not that." She said. "I often have night terrors. Not as badly as it sounds, but yeah...but I do apologize if I wake you up." She said.
"It used to be like that." She nodded. "Now it's just I thrash around and wake up with a start. I wouldn't worry though." She said.
Ajax smiled. "Okay." She whispered, then pressed another kiss to his collarbone. "Your chest is warm." She giggled, snuggling up against him.
"It's a wolf thing; I know. I'm the same but Im not as warm." She shrugged, then she yawned cutely, rubbing her face against his chest afterwards. "You didn't try one of the cookies yet."
((Chocolate chip I suppose lol))Ajax smiled and still stayed snuggled up to him. "Thank you." She took hers and took a small bite. It was amazing just like they always Were. Her mother's baking was superb.
Ajax giggled and took another bite of hers. "I'll make sure to tell my mom tomorrow. She'll really appreciate it." She pecked his cheek. She quickly finished her cookie and reached for her cocoa. Now that it was slightly cold, she took two deep drinks of it.
"She's coming back the day after tomorrow so I'll just call her like I normally do once a day when she's gone." She said, grabbing another cookie and mimicking what he did with his cookie and dipping it in her cocoa.
