Book Cover Changes Needed

Hello there,

I need to change the covers for all of my books in my Full Hearts Series. There are five titles in total, so I know I'm asking a lot. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

The first is Breaking Hearts (Book ID 25485920). The cover for it can be found in this dropbox folder:

Just a couple questions, are the previously published books being released as a second edition with the new covers?

Also, will you uploading these covers on Amazon or your own site?
