My friend has wanted me to listen to this one for a long time. I have it ready, but I have to finish the book I am in the middle of first.
I'm only 2 chapters in so far but I'm liking where this is headed. I bet this would make a great movie.
I was having trouble reading the physical book. I think I just haven't had much time. So I got the audio book and I'm going to listen to it now.
When I picked this book up at the library, three people stopped me to say that it's a great book, I've never had that kind of a reaction to a book before! So I broke into it last night and am intrigued already. I was only able to read the set up before Level One but I'm ready to read more for sure!

Hope you continue to be intrigued!
I'm definitely slow about this, but I finally realized last night that Whil Wheaton is the narrator of this audio book. haha.

Finally started this on my way to work. However, I couldn't remember the name of the book, I had to scroll through hundreds of books to find it on my iPod! But I like Will Wheaton's voice for the narration
I have been listening to this in my car. I was out to lunch today when the cable running from my speakers to my iPod decided to be a big jerk and short out on me!!! I may have to take my ear buds home with me so I can continue listening on my drive. P.S. I hate sixers!
I'm starting to read this via ebook on Overdrive, and not even a chapter in yet but I can't wait to delve in! =]
I am about 65% done but it is so intense! I am hoping for a slow work day so I can keep listeningWell most of the book is in virtual reality, so will they make them look like real people or will they look like a video game? should be interesting.
Wow just finished the book! I couldn't put it down the whole time since I started it. Very good choice in book, thank you! I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did. I'm sure I loved it all the more because I have a degree in Computer Science and was kind of geeking out the entire book haha! The movie sounds interesting, I wonder if they'll make it so you can see both the real people in their OASIS gear and cut to video game or what, it should be fun to watch. =]

I entered the Armada giveaway too. I've been hearing good things about this one.
Also -
1. They're making a sequel to Ready Player One. The author said he has more to add.
2. I think it may take awhile for the movie because they have to get the rights to just about every 80s movie and game that they mentioned.

A sequel would be great but wow, I didn't think about the rights, there are SO many references in the book! Job security for whoever has that task!
