I believe I have finished disambiguating seven different "C.J. Thomas" authors and one Christopher J. Thomas.

Please let me know uf there are errors to correct or additions to make.

Disambiguating "Christopher Thomas" might take 3 or 4 days and I'm not prepared to tackle that right now.
