Hey there everyone, I've been looking for betas who offer free services and I know they're out there somewhere but I can't seem to find them. Any suggestions or offers for contemporary romance?

I do free beta reading for members of the South Bay Writers Club in San Jose, California. We have a discussion group here on Goodreads. https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...
Hi Lindy. I'd love you're help if you're offering it. The MS is 60k contemporary romance and is the third book in a series of stand alone books. If I did it right, you won't need to read the others to understand it.Here's my email auhordebbiefeltner@gmail.com Let me know and thanks for the reply.
Hi Debbie, are you a registered member of South Bay Writers Club that meets on the 2nd Monday of every month at Harry's Haufbrau on Saratoga and Kiely in San Jose?

Sorry Debbie, I didn't want to leave you in the lurch so I did a Google searching on "free beta readers in Kentucky" and found this:E.J. Logan (EJLogan) (Lexington, KY)'s comments from Beta ...

Goodreads Beta readers needed for a NA steamy contemporary romance (11 new) ... to give a free copy of the first book for you to read before beta reading the second.
Turns out E.J. Logan lives with her family in Kentucky like you do. Her Goodreads link is: https://www.goodreads.com/EJLogan
best of luck with your book,
Linda

Thanks a lot. I'll check them out.
Hi Debbie,You can find a bunch here on GR- just go to Groups and enter Beta in search.
You'll still get some offers from folks who charge, but lots will do it for free :)

This is great! I'm so ignorant of how this works.haha
I had no idea it was as simple as that to find stuff so thanks for the help and I'll be using it.
I am working on re-vising my book, A Woman's Choice. Now, letting you know ahead of time; it is a Catholic romance dealing with post abortion syndrome, first person point of view. Thanks = inbox me.
