Yes, I have the book.
The story ends on 255 (not 254, there are two more lines on 255). But after that there are a few pages with advertising, so that the book ends on 260.
The numbers themselves are not shown after 254.

OK, fixed to 255. Worldcat probably just looked at numbered pages. Pages after the book ends are not included, as the librarian manual on this subject reads, in part:

The number of pages in a book is meant to include all content except for advertisements and preview chapters for other books.
