Compared to Asylum, Sanctum is more (view spoiler)[focused on the back story of the warden. Although it wasn't as frightening as I expected, there were parts that creeped me out. There is more macabre and gore in this book. I didn't really like Dan, but I'm glad Abby and Jordan were there to help him out. Oh, and Micah! Wondered what really happened to that poor guy!
