Personality: Joelle is pretty shy around most people when she doesn't know them but when you get to know her she is a very sweet and loyal girl. She is caring and helpful always looking to he,p her friends in any way she can
Yeah sure thingJoelle walked into to the school building with a book out in front of her. She was studying some as she walked to her locker but she was pretty good about paying attention to where she was going. The girl stopped by her locker and closed her book so she would put her unneeded books away and put her coat up. It was just beginning to feel like fall so it was slightly chilly in the mornings and then a little warmer at the end of the day
Joelle sighed softly as she looked around. Being as shy as she was it was really hard for her to make friends and not look like a total snob not talking to anyone. She just kept to herself and walked to her class early like normal. Joelle really only had one friend at school and she was running late as usual so Joelle just sat and continued to study as every one else was still in the hall talking with their friends and planning what they were going to do that night or during the weekend
Joelle looked up seeing someone coming into the classroom out of the corner of her eye. She was slightly surprised at seeing Collin considering he was on the football team and pretty popular at least in her opinion. She looked back at her book after gazing at him for a second knowing that if she was somehow braver she would have said hello or so,etching but she didn't just sat there and went back to her book
Joelle just kept reading not really minding that he didn't say anything to her and not really knowing if she wanted him to or not. In her experience most jocks didn't talk to the quiet weird nerdy kids in school so she was slightly startled by the fact that he spoke to her. Joelle looked up and then answered softly," I'm just reading Insurgent." She couldn't help but be surprised he had spoken to her
Joelle smiled a little bit," aww that's awful that they told you what had happened." She replied. She watched him for a second keeping her finger in her spot in her book. "Ohh its Joelle," she replied softly
Joelle smiled," well it's nice to meet you." She replied even though she had already known his name just from hearing it around the school she let her book close a little bit and then nodded slightly. "I have only read the first book." She answered ((No I haven't seen it yet))
Joelle laughed softly and looked at him," well I suppose to you it might be unacceptable but to me I think I would rather wait until after I've seen the movie or I will just sit there and compare it to the book the whole time and not enjoy what is going on." She replied but she had still been laughing a little bit. He was different than she thought he would be.
Joelle nodded a little bit," Yeah I know." She replied but before she could say anything else the bell rang and the rest of the class came into the room. She put her book in her bag and sighed softly getting her notebook out. She really had enjoyed talking with Collin and wondered what had made him talk to her
Joelle slowly packed up her things and looked up slightly feeling like someone was watching her. She sighed a little bit and looked back at her desk as she packed up. Her best friend stopped by her desk," You ready?" She asked Joelle nodded," Yeah I'm coming." She replied picking her bag up," Off to history." She muttered as her friend nodded. Joelle had seen Collin looking at her as he left with one of the other football players. She wasn't expecting him to speak to her again
Joelle walked to her locker and graded her book and her lunch. Not wanting to sit in the loud cafeteria with the rest of the school she made her way outside to sit in the grass to eat. Not many people came outside to eat and she liked the quiet being able to hear the birds chirping and everything it was peaceful. Joelle didn't notice Collin standing not that far off from her favorite spot to eat
Joelle looked over at the sound of her name. "Wh- Oh hey." She answered with a small smile wondering what he wanted. "I don't think I've ever seen you out here before." She commented softly. Just because she seemed oblivious to her surroundings didn't mean she was
She nodded slightly," ohh I see." She replied looking at him for a second. She wasn't sure what was going on with everything so she just didn't say anything else for a second," ohh I normally am with Rowen." Joelle answered," but she had to leave for something,"
(( you are totally fine.. And I've been meaning to put her picture up I've just forgotten)) Joelle shrugged," you can sit with me if you want I don't mind at all." She replied looking at him," it's nice out here anyways." She commenter softly as she sat down leaning back against a tree trunk
Joelle looked at him for a second as he sat down with her. She opened her lunch bag and then frowned," No not yet." She replied then said," Where's your food? Or are you not going to eat?" She asked after a second ((It's all good.))
She giggled a little bit," Well why don't you go get it so you aren't starving later." She suggested. Joelle looked over at him," I'm not going to like suddenly disappear if you want to get something to eat."
Joelle had taken out her sandwich while he was getting his own lunch. She smiled a little bit as he sat back down next to her," Oh I just had a chicken and avocado sandwich.. What are you having other than an apple?" She asked
Joelle laughed softly," Awww you get a little kid lunch today." She said. "It's alright I'm sure she will have something better for you later." She replied
Joelle watched him for a second and noticed his frown. "Well do you have any siblings you might have just taken their lunch and not yours." She answered looking at him. She took a bite of her own sandwich
Joelle nodded," ohh... Well aren't you lucky?" She asked with a smile," I'm not I have an older brother and twin younger brother and sister." She answered," you can borrow one of them if you want to."
Joelle laughed softly," you can have my sister if you want her." She said trying not to laugh as she watched him unpack the rest of his lunch. "Now that really looks like a lunch my brother and sister would get."
"Okay but be prepared she is the girlie girl princess of my family so she will expect to be treated as such." She replied laughing a little bit," aww don't you like feeling like a little kid again?" She teased. Joelle thought he was a lot easier to talk to than she had been picturing
"I'd like to see you try and you realize that where she goes her twin always follows." She replied with a laugh. " they don't know what to do without the other one to boss around."
Joelle nodded a little bit," Yeah I understand where you are coming from with that. " she stated," for a while I wanted to have a sibling close in age to me but I kind of like having the twins a bit younger than me."She replied," But having someone be that close to you would be fun." She answered softly not sure why she was even saying something like that. Joelle was not normally one to talk to guys much less ones that were popular or whatever it was Collin was
Joelle nodded slightly as she finished her lunch," No it doesn't." She answered softly putting her things back in her lunch bag. She looked back over at him and blushed a little bit," well I can bring them over if you want or you could just come over to see them that might be easier than me trying to get them into the car."
Joelle looked at him for a second," well yeah that too." She replied," but what are we going to do?" She asked looking at him
Joelle nodded slightly," Well then." She replied then stopped packing her lunch up," well I guess I can go over to your house for a little bit." She answered," I don't have to watch the twins tonight."
"After school would be fine with me." She answered smiling over at him for a second. "But don't you have practice or something?" She asked wondering. Joelle shrugged," Well if you don't mind having to take me back home."
Joelle nodded slightly," well I guess it wouldn't hurt to go home with you for a little while." She answered smiling a little bit. She watched him a second pulling her knees up to her chest. "Why are you all of a sudden talking to me?" She blurted out before she could stop herself
Joelle watched him for a second and nodded a little," You know I have three siblings so I can tell you aren't telling me something." She replied," however I will deal with that answer for now." She commented before he had the chance to change his answer.
"Alright then I'll see you after school." She replied as she got up to go to her own locker. Joelle sighed softly and seriously hoped that he was being genuine about wanting to be her friend or whatever. She was slightly afraid she was some kind of joke to him
Joelle walked out to her locker after her last class got out talking with her best friend (who I can't remember what her name is). She laughed softly and shook her head a little bit as she packed all of her stuff away
Rowen laughed a little bit and then stared at Collin for a second," What?" She asked," Well you have fun Jo." She replied. Joelle giggled softly," alright then see you later Ro." She answered and then looked at Collin," yeah we can go."
Joelle nodded a little bit," yeah that was rowen." She answered laughing a little bit," so you know my friend's name" she said giggling a little bit as she walked out of the school with him
Joelle smiled," well you were at least paying attention. " she replied looking at him and she blushed a little bit at his compliment. "Thanks Collin." She answered," I guess I don't think about my laugh that often."
Joelle laughed softly and nodded," Right I'm sure you were hanging onto every word I have said." She stated as she walked to his truck. "So you aren't a normal jock okay and you drive a truck and not a sports car."
Joelle smiled a little bit and nodded," Ohhh okay then." She answered as she looked out the window. "Umm I don't know whatever is fine." Joelle looked back over at him
Joelle nodded," yeah I can.. I don't know how well but I can and I haven't killed any of my family members so it must not be too bad." She replied smiling a little bit. "Can you?" She asked looking over at him
Joelle raised her eyebrows as she got out of his truck," okay so you can cook, you drive a truck, you aren't full of yourself... What other stereotypes are there about jocks?"She asked laughing a little bit
Joelle laughed softly," Okay well you have proved both of those wrong too.. So I suppose you aren't a normal jock." She commented walking into the house after him
Joelle nodded a little bit," yes I suppose you could be." She replied looking at his dog," ohh he's totally fine."She told him," he's sweet."
Joelle laughed softly and shrugged a little bit," it's fine don't worry about it." She replied," he's not going to hurt me." She answered. She laughed softly and shook her head." Well at least he is having fun."
Joelle watched him then looked around the kitchen a little bit," I can just watch." She replied," This is like twice as big as my kitchen back home." She said softly running her fingers on the island separating the kitchen and living room. "You really just live here with your parents?" She asked
