if you had to pick a favorite book or series to be made into a movie or a tv show what would it be?

I will start with the Belgariad by David Eddings....with all the young fantasy books out there being made into movies...I would love to see this one done...

I'd like to see the Tiffany Aching books by Terry Pratchett turned into a tv show. There's too much material for a single movie. I would prefer the series be made by Starz or HBO, though. Someplace that would do the series justice.
