Queen of Shadows

Now, Im sure by now most of us have read Queen of Shadows, but if you haven't dont read on! But if you have, what are your thoughts on the book? The character development, the plot and my goodness... the unexpected twists!

I am personally Very happy, because ALL of my ships are sailing smoothly in this book. And I can see some new found relationships on the horizon... But I really dont know how I feel yet about Dorian and Manon, I guess we'll have to see how that one turns out, but I am SOOOOOO happy about Rowaelin finally becoming a official couple! I couldnt see her with anyone else, not Dorian because I just dont ship them in general, and not chaol especially after crown of midnights ending, and Aedion is her cousin so that'd just be weird

Rowaelin became a thing!!! I was so happy with that development! Literally everything happened that I wanted to happen on the romance end of things!

It was also very interesting to hear some semi-plausible info about how the king was possessed! What does that make Hollin? And do you think Aedion will meet his dad, since he's part of Rowan's former cadre? Perrington being the evil buttwad mastermind didn't surprise me at all, but WHOO HOO Kaltain!

Also, what do you guys think about Manon? Asterin's backstory was literally heart-wrenching! Do you think she'll go against the Matron?

Ugh! There's so much that needs to happen!

I CRIED my eyes out when reading asterin's backstory. That killed me and made me love her even more. I am also really happy about Rowaelin because I have shipped them since HoF. But I cannot believe what happened on the glass castle roof with the king, that freaking blew my mind. I hadn't even considered something like that could happen. If Manon and Asterin go against the Matron I am going to be rooting for them all the way. I really hope that in the next book, Aelin and Manon form a friendship (What Manon would call a mutual respect for the human queen if asked) or at least an alliance

I loved QoS and I honestly hope that Lysadion is a thing soon xD also, I am soooo happy Arobynn is dead. THANKYOU LYSANDRA!!!! I cannot wait to see what the people of Terrasen do when they see their rightful queen, and how they'll defeat Erawan. I also really hope Dorian and Manon are a thing also. Obviously I want Rowaelin and I'm hoping I get my wish there. I'm pretty sure I am. I also think maybe Chaol will be with Nesryn or Sorrel. Possibly Asterin but I'm not really sure about that match up. I'm really excited for the release of book 5 and I just pre-ordered it today :D :D :D :D
