Please help with two series

I've tried to create a series for my books, but keep getting bounced back to the home page when I click "add a series".

I have two series:
1. Mumbai's Best Escorts (with 5 books and a box set)
2. Saint Jacinta's College Girls (with 3 books)

Authors can't create series or add books to series.

I had to updated the titles of the second series to match Goodreads title policy.
