this is what I remember...

present day, college age maybe NA

rock star gets trapped with the h and possible girlfriend and band member in room has to be freed by bouncer,
she bumps her head, he is worried, he asks for her name, she mumbles something, he thinks she has a concussion.
possibly gives her a backstage pass, she could have been huge fan
He goes back on stage, I think he is late for the concert and he publicly apologizes to her on stage.
