I would like to add this book to my author page. I am a contributor to the book. How do I do this?

Name added. Complete table of contents was visible on Amazon ("look inside" link); I added what was missing to the description.
This is tricky. The publisher has the book for sale here http://www.centipedepress.com/antholo...Amazon has a very old listing here http://www.amazon.com/Inhuman-6-Wilum...
The publisher's version is correct. Please advice.
