I've made a Succubus before.If she's going around sleeping with men, it's because she has a need to. Succubus survive on sexual energy and life force, which in turn apply that they'd need to have sex in order to survive.

Then, manipulate the answer to what you think fits with your character. I don't know the answer to it either, but you can always answer it for your character precisely.
