Personality: Vyie is a somewhat quiet witch who doesn't like to cause conflict but will defend herself in a fight when needed. Her attitude most of the time is cheery and no one really notices her as a witch. When she is mad though, be warned she is known to chill those who agitate her in large amounts of ice and snow. One thing for sure is that she doesn't kill those she is up against.
History: Vyie was abandoned in the forest by her unknown parents. She was picked up another witch, to whom she called Nana, and was raised in the study of simple magic until her talent showed its head. When it did she was taught to control it. When a miester and his weaponwalks to the cabin where she and Nana lived, Nana told her to shift, hide her presence, hide, and don't come out until minutes after the fighting calmed. When she did, Nana was gone. She was sad but kept in mind the histories she was taught, holding no grude to those who took Nana from her. she grew and became the woman she is today, the wild yet calm.

Personality: Xer isnt someone you want to be enemies with. He's bipolar to say the least. One minute he's happy, the next sad, then hyper, then the next mad and violent. He only acts that way if you are constantly around to see those sides of him. Otherwise he's seductive (mainly to men), thinks highly of himself, always thinks he has to win and never backs down of a fight. Its true he has some kindness in him, but he only shows it to close friends (He has none yet).

His mother was mortal and his father was a witch and he luckily was a witch unlike his twin who turned out to be mortal. His mother died after they were born and requested that they live with there dad who was also a scientist and requested that the boys are told later on to protect each other. Everyone looked up to him, which forced him to work harder so he wouldnt disappoint them, but he only showed his true self to his twin brother. They used to have so much fun until his twin started distancing from him and next he knew by age 12, his twin did an experiment on himself to turn into a weapon and his father had kicked him out. Xer then reminded his father that they are to protect each other which made his father tell him that the only way to protect his twin, was to kill him. That no one should have to live on this world if they're an experiment gone wrong.

Strengths:
+ Rayne excels in close range combat, as she is incredibly fast and even seems to teleport at times
+ Lilian excels in intelligence, as she is the mastermind of the two
+ Both girls excel in speech, both being able to talk their way out of most anything, even without manipulation

+ Rayne is not exactly agile, so it is sometimes harder for her to move through and around things, even if she is fast
+ Lilian is not very skilled in combat, as she tends to stay a distance from the crime

Ray is a calm natured girl with a lot of maturity, but deep down, she simply can't help but adore the pain of others, especially when it comes to the concept of love (a trait the sisters share). This is why she uses her manipulation powers mostly to drive the victim to insanity (and Kishin status) to "please her out of love". When she gets too far into the fun, she happens to slip out of her mature nature and turns power crazy.
Lilian
This girl is everything you'd expect of a cute girl, shy and seemly helpless, but she's actually more scary than her sister when doing what she considers fun. She is actually the boss of the two sisters, calling the shots. The two work together to drive people to Kishin status and insanity. Lily tends to stay calm when power hungry, making her far more crazy.

+ Rayne greatly dislikes seeing men mistreating women, and will be especially harsh to men who do

History:
These girls are known for controlling peoples emotions and using them to drive the person insane. From the start, they were both trouble, and as they got older, they just got more beautiful, and it was easier to manipulate others. They found they gained the reputation of being heartbreakers, as they basically were able to make their victims fall in love with them and do tasks they would never normally do otherwise, calling it "love" and making them feel like they served a purpose, all the while just changing their victim's soul into a Kishin egg. No one's able to catch them as of now, and they've been labeled as far too dangerous for normal DWMA students to go after.
Purpose:
Rayne wants to make it clear that she has the power over men, rather than the stereotype of it being the other way around.
Lilian only wants to make her sister happy, as well as to be the queen bee.
Other:
Lilian actually has the ability to turn into a butterfly, something her sister cannot do, so she doesn't do it in fear her sister will despise her for having such a power.
