how to find books with single lletter titlr

I am trying to find Sue Grafton's book X.I have tried by author and title with no luck.Ideads?

On Amazon I did a search on her name and X Y Z showed up in the choices. I clicked it and it got me to a page of books with that one on top.

Here I did a search on her name and checked page by page. Not too sure if there is an easier way.
