Liv sat up. There was no way she was going to sleep anyway.
Shea looked over and smiled hesitantly. "Can't sleep?"
"No, I never seem to be able to." Liv smield
She nodded in understanding, "I totally get that."
"Yeah. It's like I'm lucky if i get five minutes of my eyes being closed." Liv said
"That sucks, apparently being emotional allows me to sleep, I should do it more often." she said the last phrase sarcastically.
Liv laugehd. "I know what you mean."
"SO what are you? I know you're not superhuman, but your not a human either.."
"I am a human," she smiled. "but I'm just not the average human."
"That's what I meant. you have more," She paused "Power in you than normal humans do."
She tilted her face to the side. "I'm a spy.."
"like James Bond?" Liv asked tilting her head. The spies in her times were not like this girl in front of her. They were more machine then anything.
"Ya I guess, except I don't work for the MI-6," she chuckled.

Shadow stepped out of the trees and looked at Drake. "Here we are."
Shea smiled. "Not really."
"It must have been better than my world." Liv smiled
"World? You are from a different world?"
Liv laughed "Yes. World, time, demension. Take your pick."
Liv laughed a little less this time. "THis world doesn't accept the gifts that we posses and we know it. So we have learned to keep our mouths shut."
She nodded. "I guess I sorta got that.."Shadow walked over, having left Drake when they made it to the door. "You got that much right kid."
Liv half nodded half shrugged in a "what can you do?' kinda gesture.
"I get it!" Shea defended.Shadow looked at her harshly. "Of course you do." Sure she sounded harsh and angry but she was on the verge of tears.
"I know that..." Liv said slowly not knowing where all the hostility was comming from.
Her clenched fists fell to her sides, arms limp and fingers tight. She knew if she talked she'd break, and she wasn't up for breaking. Not here, not now.
Liv looked at the ground and sat down.
"So..."she started. "What have you guys been up to?"
"Mostly they have been sleeping," Liv said
"Mhm because they can sleep sometimes," Liv smirked
She looked up, purple eyes swimming. "Yeah, I suppose they can."
"Yup," Liv nodded. It got awkward all of a sudden.
Shadow felt the awkwardness and wished she was an Empathetic so she could change the mood. "Um.."Teeghan stepped out of the shelf and tripped over her pillow, sending a pile of metal popcorn bowls to the ground with a loud crash.
Liv jumped up momentarilly freaked out.
"Sorry, that was me!" Teeghan yelled from her position on her knees.
Liv exhaled "Ok, But thanks for teh heart attack!" liv called to her laughing((Can I just say that I am in love with Cade right now? She is AWESOME!!!!))
((I actually like her too. and Graydon is in love, of course))Teeghan sat, holding her abdomen.
Shadow stayed where she was and picked up the bowls,restacking them and putting the pillow safely on a shelf.
((Oh yes. They are going to be an awesoem couple. hehehe!!!))Liv calmed herself and looked over at Teeghan. "YOu all set?"

Shadow wanted to run over and comfort her but she felt a little emotional, so it wouldn't be a smart thing to do.
"What's wrong?" Liv asked cautiously.

Teeghan tossed over and bumped her head on the shelf, laughing and then going back to sleep.
Shea woke up after an hour of light sleep and sat up,fixing her hair.
