Salem grimaced. "What was it?"

"Yeah, it means you absorb it through the skin."

"Oh. I never liked science," she wrinkled her nose.

"You don't actually have to leave. If you want you can stay. We're all pretty used to displays of crazy." he smiled reassuringly

"No one ever does."

"I'm not," she shuddered as another memory flowed over her. "That was a scene from a cheesy horror flick...only actually disturbing."

"She has the markings. I don't know what she can do yet, but she has the marks. So I'd guess so."
