Roleplay with characters from your story

((Really man?! Haha sounds like a plan so Salem is already freaking out by the time Josiah gets to her... I like how edevious you are Emmie))

Farrow looked up suddenly and the glazed look was gone from her eyes. "What's wrong?"
Did the same thing just happen to you that happened to me? Salem asked, her mind voice sounding a lot more composed than she felt.
Waverley nudged Josiah forward. "It's your sister first. How splendid."

({Hannah}) wrote: "Emmie wrote: "((Ummm... I think Emmy.))"

((*laughs* We are so splendidly evil. Thanks, Emmie.))

Patrik looked worried
"Something is very bad is about to happen. Like no going back from bad..."
Yeah... only the opposite. Emmy said moving throughout the room trying to shake the light.
JOsiah grinned savagely and pushed the door open momentarily letting light filter through and fall on the floor the beam' spoint resting directly at Emmy's feet. Making her the redhead at the end of the trail. She looked suprised at Josiah's shadow
"Thank God you're here Josiah." Emmy sounded relieved
Josiah's dead eyes flicked to her
"Sit." He said sharply, a chair appearing behind Emmy.
Emmy chanced a glance at it, it didn't seem to be something one wanted to sit in.
"I'm going to pass on that..." she said slowly
Josiah shrugged and pressed the Shadows down on her shoulders untill she was in the chair.

Declan looked like someone had just shot him
"What do you mean?"

Waverley stepped into the room behind him then, stepping to the side and smiling to herself. "You really should learn to listen, Emmy."

"Yeah. I can feel it. If Emmy's scared then it's bad."
Emmy went right for the sarcasam
"Then I would make your lives too easy."
Josiah got bored quickly and pushed the shadows down harder making Emmy's body hurt.
"So are you going to listen now?" JOsiah asked

Farrow nodded and paced around the kitchen.
Waverley shrugged. "It'd be easier for everyone if you listened."

Patrik needed noise so he flicked on the tap with a thought and manipulated the water for a little while.
Emmy couldn't speak, the Shadow weight was pressing the air out of her body and it took all of her concentration just to keep breathing.
JOsiah moved the Shaodws away from her
"Now, you and Salem are crucial to the operation that our people want to run, and for that we need you alive. So I have room to work with you see, because I don't need to kill you or Salem for that matter. BUt after we're done here, you'll wish I had just killed you."
((What do they need to know? Or is the torure just to get the weak enough that they comply with what these people need?))

Farrow watched, using it as a distraction just as much as he was.
Waverley was happy, and it showed on her face.
((Um...ha. It could be both.))
Salem flinched, 'hearing' everything from the room next door.

((Oh an dI heard this song and I thought of Salem and Josiah when I heard this song http://www.playlist.com/searchbeta/tr... ))
Patrik went silent and just focused.
Josiah just looked dead, as he flicked the Shadows towards Emmy, who sat still and silent watching the darkness creep in on her. She could feel her hands start to shake even before the first Shadow touched it. Every feeling in her body magnified wen it connected with her tattooed hand and ran into it like ink staining a paper. Not this again she thought desperately. There was nothing they couldn't get at with Shadows inside her, every secret every bad thing she'd ever done was about to be laid bare and set on a silver platter infront of them.

((I'm about to listen to that. :P))
Farrow got bored easily and walked around the house, cleaning up the mess from the break-in earlier that day.
Salem felt like she was feeling what Emmy was, but that wasn't right. I'm not feeling it, she convinced herself. I'm just imagining it...calm down...I need to calm down. Josiah...but why....Wave?

Patrik froze the water and walked over to the bar and sat in a stool.
Josiah flicked through Emmy's memories mercilesly((spelling? Idk)). Emmy flinched as they passed her eyes, she had no clue what they were looking for but whatever it was they were intent on finding it.

Tinkling glass sounds came from the livingroom.
((*mercilessly? Maybe.))
Salem was watching the memories pass. She couldn't see enough to stop her confusion, but what she saw was bad enough.

Patrik looked up
"Farrow? WHat are you doing?"
((OK thanks))
Emmy closed her eyes
"What are you looking for?" She managed to say, it was painful enough trying to squeeze th words out the Shadows like to leech the life out of you.
"Leverage" Josiah said simply "And some idea as to how you escaped death so many times."
"Ahhh.. Well, I have just such importance-" the rest of it was cut off.

DEclan nodded and put his phone away
"I have to go. I'll call you or something." He produced a magic marker from nowhere and penned his number on her forarm.

"Cleaning. I'm cleaning," she said quietly, but loud enough for him to hear from where she was.
Waverley sighed. "You really shouldn't try to talk, it'll only get worse."

"Ok." Patrik nodded sitting still again.
Emmy glared at her
"You're a-" she looked up at the celing the vein in her neck showing beneath her skin. The swearing that was going on in her head, lets just say she would have had to pay a lot of money to some mothers swear jar.
Josiah rolled his eyes
"You should really start listening to people Emmeline."
Don't you dare call me that.

Waverley scowled, the expression looking odd on such a childish face.
Salem winced. Of course...ah what a foul mouth. She was trying to think of things other than the pain Emmy was feeling. By the hands of her brother. Her brother Josiah. Josiah. The one Salem loved.

Patrik looked at the Shadowy burns on his wrists.
A memory played against Emmy's closed eyelids, it was recent, one that she hadn't even had time to forget yet.
Emmy whirled around to the sound of her name being spoken gently, like Patrik had so many times before. Their eyes locked for the breifest second before she noticed the stray man running at Patrik, his grusome weapon held firmly ing his hand. It took too long, everything wasn't fast enough in that second. His name leaving her lips was too late and her legs jumping into motion too slowly to make a difference. Patriks eyes were still on hers, looking at her like he always had, with that deep loving she craved and then nothing. Blood ran down the front of his white shirt leaving scars on her eyes he hit the ground the same time she reached him.
"Stop." Emmy said, as close to pleading as she was ever going to get.
Josiah flicked it to another memory, one that was just as cruel.

Salem winced, seeing what Emmy saw but with a lot less meaning behind it.
Waverley perched on a stool and watched. "Keep it up Josiah. I don't think she really feels it."

Patrik brushed his fingers over the grey staining, thinking about everything that anyone had ever said to him about Emmy. No one had ever had anything good to say, just because she was so blatantly Her. You couldn't deny what was right infront of your face and most people preffered the whole 'Ignorance is bliss' statement. Emmy in and of her self was knowladge that no one wanted anymore.
Emmy knew what he had selected for her viewing before it flickered to life before her eyes.
Her mother's singing wafted down the hall leading her to the kitchen, singing equaled baking and baking equaled bowls to lick the batter out of. Rounding the corner she almost screamed she was so happy, she threw herself at the hulking figure that was standing behind her mother
"Daddy!" Emmy squealed in her seven year old voice.
He spun and caught her in a big sweeping embrace
"Hey Warrior!" he laughed his throaty laugh and kissed her head.
"I missed you." She said smiling up at him and brushing her long hair out of her eyes
"And I missed you too, but it seems I picked the perfect time to come home, Mom's baking." He winked at her.
Emmy smiled mischeviously
"I know it smells great."
"Thank you, you two." Aloysia said smiling and kissing her husband happily.

Salem was confused by this memory of Emmy's more than the others. It seemed so simple. So normal. So...unlikely. Truth be told, she'd never been able to see Aloysia in that way. Even watching it, it was hard to imagine.
Waverley yawned. It's always more fun when they scream and shout. Blood is pretty too.

Emmy looked up at them and cleared her throat
"Can I have the bowl mom?" she asked cutely.
Aloysia laughed and handed her the mixing bowl, which had some expertly place cookie dough in it. Emmy laughed
"Thanks mumma." she smiled and hopped up on the counter on it.
"You're welcome Sweetie." Aloysia said smiling at her. Gavin, her husband took her hand and pulled her off to the table and sat her down, no doubt telling her about his latest hunt and how much closer the Shadows were getting. They thought she didn't know about that, but she did she wasn't going to let on that she knew, for fear of getting in trouble with her father for spying. Boredly she placed the cookie dough on her hand and lit a small blue fire under it, it cooked quickly and before she knew it she was munching on the perfect cookie.
"Emmy we need to-" Her mother started to say looking frazzled
"What did you just do?" her father barked
"The cookie... I just"
"Shit, shit shit shit." Her dad said pacing thinking for a minute
"Gavin!" Aloysia said loudly then turned to Emmy "Come on honey we have to go"
Gavin stood stock still and looked at his wife and Daughter
"It's too late." he said in a dead voice.
That was when the room imploded.
"Please, just stop. Please!" Emmy was crying, the hot tears sliding down her face
"Everyone you love seems to die around you Emmy. And somehow it alwas seems to be your fault." Josiah informed her cooly
"I-" Everything in her hurt, her heart her mind and her body. Sobs hit her like a freight train
"Just stop." she pleaded "Enough."

Waverley smiled finally. "Better."

Emmy looked upwards again the silver lining of her tattoos flashing in the brilliant white light. Her tears making streaks down her cheeks.
Josiah's eyes flashed again
"We're done here." he told Farrow through gritted teeth.
