Salem looked at the bars in front of her with disgust, clearly not planning on going back in. At least, not voluntarily.

Emmy grinned inwardly then looked back at the woman"So what...? We win the 100,000 dollar prize?"
"What?" She asked clearly confused then with a shake of her head she said to Salem "I can just expand the cell.."
"Now is this going to be a Game of tug a war to keep you in here? Or should I have someone come in and sedate you?" Shadow asked with a smile that suggested she would be only too happy to do just that.Emmy growled
"Touch either of us and you'll die."
"Oh so on." Emmy's eyes glinted and the woman looked bored. She raised a hand and Emmy's head started to pound. Her smile faltered and Emmy tried to concentrate on killing the woman.
"What are you doing to her?" Salem hissed.((Shadow's have minds like them right? Pretty much? I need to knw for sure, cause Salem wants to try something. :P))
((yea they do. just darker thoughts))"Nothing she won't recover from." Shadow grinned.
Emmy slowly sank to her knees
"Damnit." She breathed her hands pressing at both sides of her head.
((okay, got it))"Leave. Her. Alone." Salem said, holding a hand out towards the Shadow and focussing on the woman's thoughts. She replaced them with past memories in an attempt to distract her, forcing so many in that it would hurt anyone normal. She had a feeling the woman wasn't normal. Kay, so it was more than a feeling.
The woman's hand dropped looked at Salem confused for a fraction of a second then regained herself. But that fraction was all Emmy needed. She was up and looked more than ready to kill.
The woman smiled and as if sensing their thoughts (which she more than likely could) had a few more of the more powerful Shadows appear in the darker corners of the room.Emmy smiled delightedly, like a five year old after being told they had free reign in a candy store.
Another smile, quick and fleeting. She turned, facing an opponent. "Ready?" she asked, voice dripping with sweet sarcasm.
((You want to do your own battle or you can be Emmy's opponent and I can play Salem's?))Emmy dodged the punch that was aimed at her head.
((I like that idea, I'll face Emmy, you face Salem. that way it's more fun!))The shadow lunged at Emmy again.
((Sweet!))Emmy lept into the air and landed silenlt behind it. Kicking out at its knees.
Salem's Shadow had shifted into a large wolf snarling and snapping at her.
It faltered, tripping and jumping back up and facing her."Woah, feeling a little doggish today?" she joked, unable to find something to 'throw' at it. Salem moved backwards.
Emmy had closed her eyes momentarily trying to bring some fire to her hands. The wolf growled and lunged at her.
The shadow took his chance, wrapping his arms around her stomach."Gah, I hate dogs now," she muttered, sending the little wind she could find at it. It wasn't much, so she held her stance.
Emmy's eyes snapped open and she somehow managed to turn her body into fire. Black fire not unlike the room they were now all trapped in.The wolf wasn't fazed but it shifted into a panther. Now circling her.
He pulled his arms back, howling in pain.Salem made sure to never have her back to it. "You know, this is boring."
((what can I say? She's impatient as heck and likes to annoy people))
"No," it said slowly, coming at her again. She bit her lip, of course not wanting to show her pain in that obvous a way. Salem clawed at it, her nails tapered into almost triangular points, strong and sharp as anything. "Get off me, fool!"
Emmy chuckled "Good." Fire sprang up in a circle expanding and killing the shadows contacted.
It did so making a sound that could pass for as a chuckle.
Another shadow, untouched and apparently stupid, ran at her, jumping over the ring of fire.Salem glared at it. "Now I'm not one to ask for a fair fight...so I won't." she remembered the small diamond blade she kept with her at all times, tucked into her shoe it a steel sheath. But could she reach it?
Emmy's eyes flicked to it and fire jumped up and wrapped around it.The panther growled and lunged at her again.
The shadows weren't happy, trying to figure out a way to stop Emmy.In a snap decision she ducked, pulling out the blade and gripping tightly. Salem sliced across the panther's face.
Emmy stood in her own ring of fire staring at the Shadows daring them to make a move. The panther recoiled writhing in pain.
They conversed silently with each other.Salem took her chance and stepped closer, stabbing the blade into the panther's temple, gripping tightly in her anger.
Emmy tired od it quickly and lashed out at them with whips of fire.It errupted into a shower of embers and dust that evaporated into the flames.
The shadows jumped back angrily, some daring to attack her."Ew!That is so gross," she said, disgusted.
Salem turned back to the rest of them. She couldn't see the original shadow lady.Another shadow attaced Emmy, a knife in his hands.
((tehe indeed))Salem smirked. "Is that good enough for you? Or would you rather die than fail this epically?"
Emmy smiled, all to happy for her to rather die.The woman went to start towards Emmy, apparently confident in her fighting skills.
