((well that's good! *sighs in releif*))"Damn!" Salem exclaimed.
((Haha. Wehave Patik for a Reason Kenny. ;D))"Shit." Patrik swore moving swiftly.
Rife looked up at the name of Shadows
"Where are Liv nd Blaze?"
"Shit!" Emmy yelled spinning to face the outside.
Patrik ran back wth their odd looking weapons, tossing each to its owner dropping Liv' staff on the ground at his feet.
"Emmy. How many?"
"Too many to count."
((yes indeed..olo))Shadow nodded. "Too many."
Blaze looked to Liv, having met back up at their spot. "To begin?"
((lol))"Way to many. Like a freaking army." Emmy said as her tattoos started to lighten to the matching silver of her eyes. She tapped her sword against he theigh impatiently
"Salem can you get in Blaze's head? Tell him to get his ass back here."
"Oh yes." Liv grinned
"Of course I can," she scoffed, searching for his thoughts and finding them quickly. Yo, Blaze. Get your ass back here. We've got problems here in Houston.Blaze stiffened. "Uh..Liv, we've got to get back..like pronto."
Emmy smirked the grip on her sowrd tightened reflexively."And the first wave." She murmured as the glass around her imploded sending shards to teh ground like rain.
Teeghan gasped and made sure Avery was safe.Salem took up a stance.
Liv ran.Emmy spun to face the Shadows that had converged on her. The grin on her face was unplesant, yet darkly ecstatic. She was itching for a kill.
Patrik fought his was through the four that had their attention on him.
Rife was fighting his own battle.
Blaze ran too.Salem grimaced, forcing Sean to go where Teeghan was and then abruptly turning her attention back to the shadows. I may be part shadow, but that doesn't mean I care for you.
One turned into a large silvery wolf and lunged at Emmy. Who, quick as lightning, flicked up her blade and caught the shadow in the center of the chest. It vanished before it fell to the floor.
Emmy's sword flared to life with white flame. The Shadows shrank back from it. Emmy laughed. ((I have an Idea Kenny. What do you think of Salem and Emmy getting kidnapped, ableit again, by Shadows? We can get some of Salem's history and some of Emmy's future. Your thoughts?))
((sounds cool to me! *curls up in ball* sorry about the long stretches between posts))Salem was, oddly, sort of enjoying the fight.
((its ok I'm reading COA))Emmy wasn't paying any attention when a Shadow walked up behind her and wrapped its arms around her. Though they seemedto be made from smoke they were strangely sloid and felt like licks of fire against her skin.
Patrik looked up just intime for fear to spark in her eyes
"Emmy!" He yelled and she dissapeared.
Another Shadow had gotten a hold of Salem and dissapeared.
((Shoot. I missed the action. Yeah, I love Georgia. And I met one of my uncles, the nice one. XD I sang to him, and to Grandmother. And now we're safely home. Hm...))
Sean had been with Teeghan, watching the fight and wishing he could help. When Salem and Emmy disappeared he gasped and ran to where she'd been. "Salem!" he cried.
Elly watched, terror in her eyes. "What happened to them?" She asked, standing by Rife. The Shadows ignored her, so less of them came at Rife because she was with him.

Elly clutched Rife's arm. "Where did those things take them?"

"Patrik." Rife said walking over to him. Patrik was fuming, his rage was tangible in teh air that surrounded him. The water in the sink stared running, fast, quickly filling the sink and spilling onto teh floor.
"Jesus. They're both gone?" Liv asked trying to peice this together for no one had answered her yet.
"Yeah Shadows grabbed them both Liv."
Sean's eyes were pained. He looked at Patrik and his eyes were sympathetic. "Do you know where they were taken?" he asked.
Blaze stood behind Liv, "They look like smoke, it didn't seem like they could do that."
Patrik's eyes flicked to Sean"I'm guessing Karaena,"
Rife suckd in a breath
"No way, no one can survive going there. Only- Oh my god." Liv said figuring it all out.
Patrik looked at Blaze "Apparently they can."
Liv looked at Patrik stunned
"Salem and Emmy are Part Shadow?! Why didn't you tell us?!"
"I knew." Rife said
Blaze looked awkward and confused, like the rest of them. "Uh.."
((So... Karaena is a Shadow city?))
Sean sighed and nodded. He felt like he wanted to cry; his heart was pounding and his head throbbed, and his stomach turned with anxiety. "Dammit..."

Patrik filled teh confused in"Karaena is the Shadow demension. The only ones that can LIVE through ging there are the Shadows themselves." Liv cut in
"THe fact that Emmy and Salem were taken there means that they are part Shadow themselves."
Sean nodded and leaned against a wall. "So... there's no way we can find them and bring them back, right?"
"No there's no way." Patriks voice was cold and twinged with fear.
"Dammit!" Sean ran outside, not knowing where he was going, only that he needed to get out of that house. Outside. He ran through the trees, blinded by tears. Suddenly he felt a hand grab his arm, and there was Ellis.

Patrik slid down the wall. Despair all over his face, this wasn't how it was supposed to be. Liv looked down at the floor and walked upstairs.
Rife left Parik alone Takign Elly with him.
Elly bit her lip and went with Rife, not speaking. She sighed quietly.

Ellis looked at Sean gravely. "What'd you do?"
Sean yanked his arm away. "I didn't! The Shadows took her away. Dammit, stop blaming everything on me!"
Elly didn't sit, and paced in Rife's room, frowning. "Rife? The Shadows don't touch me... I'm different. What if I could survive in their dimension? I don't know if I could, but couldn't I try?"
Patrik closed his eyes willing himself not to cry from frusteration and despair.
((Gtg for half an hour or so.))
"No you can't Elly. If you get there and don't survive..." Rife shook his head "No you're not going."

Tears welled up in Elly's eyes. "I... okay. I won't go," she whispered, leaning against the wall and sliding down so she was sitting on the floor. "I want to be of some use, though."
"Good." Rife sighed looking at her. "And you're goign to need to help Sean."

Emmy raised a hand to her hand to silence her. And the music went dead as well. Patrik was at her side in an instant

She looked up a him, eyes now entirely silver.
