Teeghan went down the hall and found the kitchen where she sat.
Shadow eventually traveled down there, perching on the countertop with Avery in her arms.

"Come on Patrik." Emmy said pulling him to the kitchen.

"Hey!"
Emmy laughed.
Patrik walked in and pulled on Emmy's hair.
"Morning guys,"

"Yeah and got some in my hair!" Liv spun trying to get it out.

"You are so going to regret that." Liv glared at her.
"i'm sure.."

"What's in there?" Patrik asked
"Some random things."
"Cook it up, Rife." Liv smirked

"Out and off the counters!" Rife said with a smirk

"The one thing I miss about your demension is the tv."
"I'm sure you'll live." Patrik laughed throwing a flat peice of glass to her.
"Oh yeah! I missed this!" She exclaimed drawing a design on it and it lit up.

"They are so much fun." Emmy said sliding into Patrik's lap.

((... well. Hm. Not much happened, anyway... I was kind of hoping to have another Ellis appearance, but maybe that wouldn't have been the best idea anyways. XD So. To fix things up, then.))
Sean hadn't slept much that night. He was glad that Shadow had come to him, but he wanted to talk to her and he wanted to have some time with her, just him and her, just to be together. He had stayed up and looked up at the moon, and by the time he fell asleep it was the early hours of the morning. He wasn't a morning person, so he was still asleep there when everyone else was awake.
Lizzie had stayed in Rife's room overnight, sitting in the corner and eventually falling asleep. She woke to an ache in her neck, and heard others talking. She stayed in the room, listening, wishing she could be down there and laughing with them. She knew, however, that if she went down there she would ruin the happiness there, so she stayed in the room, silent and thinking.

Shadow grinned. "I'll be right back, it's judt really warm with all the hotness in this room. I'm gonna get some air." she laughed. "Don't burn anything Rife!" she was outside after only a few steps and she sat with her back to the forest.
((Yeah, that sounds good. It was just more dramatic. XD So, I went to see The Lightning Thief. Have you read the books or seen the movie?))
Sean was still sleeping soundly.
Lizzie jumped as a voice sounded behind her, saying, "Feeling lonely? Want some company?"
She snapped her head up and saw Ellis. She scowled. "They hate me because I brought you through."
He shrugged, smirking. "They already distrusted you. Poor Lizzie."
"Don't call me that! I'm not her anymore. I'm not his Lizzie anymore..." Tears appeared in her eyes. "I wanted to be," she whispered, "I really did."
He smiled, a softness in his eyes that wasn't usually there. "So you and I have the same problem," he mused. "Hm..."
Lizzie glared at him. "You and I are nothing alike!" she whispered. "I'm not like you!"
"Oh, but you are, sweetheart. You really are." He waved and disappeared out the window.
She leaned against the wall, sobbing silently.

Salem was tempted to go inside, tempted by the image she saw in her mind's eye: Lizzie crying. How dare he!? How dare he do that to her? She is almost innocent in this, it's not her fault dammit. Ya..I don't like hr. But that doesn't mean I'm heartless. she pulled out blades of grass from the root, one by one, braiding them angrily.
((Yeah. I don't think they're planning on doing the whole series, though.))
Lizzie stood and walked past everyone else silently, and went outside. She didn't notice Salem; her eyes were blinded by tears. She looked up at the sky, brokenly whispering one word. "Why?"

She glanced up, feeling bad for the girl but having no sense of comforting at all. Shadow sent her a thought. He'll pay for this.
Lizzie's eyes widened and she brushed the tears away, looking around. She still hadn't gotten used to that. She saw Salem and bit her lip, shaking her head. H-how do you know? she thought at first, then sighed as she realized. Oh. Right. Don't... it's not... it hurts because what he said was true. I don't want to be like him, but... There's nothing else. It's either... I have to be that way, or be no way at all. Just be nothing and let them keep me the way they keep everyone else. Just a prisoner. But now I wonder if that might be better. I have to watch him... the boy I love... fall in love again with a girl that he can love, who won't betray him like I had to, and I can't do it again. I won't. Please believe me when I say that I didn't want to bring him here, didn't want to come here at all. I had to... I didn't want to. I swear, I didn't.

Always did. From the first time he appeared in my dream. He hasn't changed a bit. But I'm not right for him anymore. I've changed. And... please don't call me Lizzie. Elizabeth winced, pain showing in her eyes as she looked at Salem.

Elizabeth nodded to answer the question. No! It's not real for him. He doesn't... he can't. I can't let him. He's... I can't do it! I have to do what they say, and I can't let him love me just for me to break his heart. Please. You're right for him, I can see it. You won't let him down like I would.

"No," Elizabeth whispered. "You can't. I've watched you and him. He can hold you together, if you let him. I know I should feel jealous... and maybe I do, a little. But he needs you. Think of it that way, and be there for him. He doesn't need me if he has you. Even boys need a shoulder to cry on, someone to support them." Her eyes filled with tears again.

Elizabeth shook her head, almost smiling. "If I hadn't left him before, I don't think he'd be here with you. That is my fault. But I'm glad of it. I was never good for him." She bit her lip. "You know how it is. Family. I have to do as they say. I have to. They... I can't tell you. I'm sorry, I can't. But now that I'm finally away from them, he is here. He asked to come, he wanted to, because of you." She took a shuddering breath, trying not to cry. "It must be hard for you," she whispered. "to be talking to me like this, when it's my fault he's here."

Making a sound of frustration, Elizabeth looked away, up at the sky again. "I can't! They... I... I can't even talk about it, I can't tell you. I want to, but I... they have... they don't let me."
((I was just thinking that maybe the Deceiver power affects people like Lizzie more. Is that okay? So, like, they can order her not to do something and so she can't do it? And maybe they find a way to break the hold of those orders on her, but for now she can't talk about it and she can't not do what they say?))

"You don't have to tell me Elly, I already know. And I know..I just...know. I don't know how to explain it, but I know you'll get through this..someday."
((ahaha, she called her Elly, it's a cute nickname..but that all depends on if Elizabeth likes it.))
((XD It is cute. I was thinking Beth or something, but I like Elly better.))
Elly half fell, half sat on the ground, hanging her head and letting the tears come, the sobs making her shake. Thank you...

Salem walked over to her, sitting beside her with the odd grace of a Fighter. For what? The truth?
For understanding. Elly looked up at her and smiled slightly through her tears, taking a deep breath to calm herself.
