Shadow laughed. "He will. Oops..did I say that!?""I can?" she asked incredulously.
"Okay." she said,calm again.
Emmy laughed "I know he will." "Yes you can." Kher nodded
Patrik looked at her
"You might want to have someone take her out of here. She wont wake up if she's in here."
She sobered a little, focussing on the thoughts for a minute.Teeghan nodded and held Avery close.
"Anika? Why not? What's wrong with her?"
Emmy smiled at the thought.Kher walked out. "I'll have someone show you to your room."
"I kind of lowered her body temperature dangerously low." Patrik admitted
((*cries furiously* my mom wouldn't give my computer back...sorries..I hope you come on again..:P))She scowled, hitting the wall lightly.
Teeghan nodded without a sound from her, though the baby cooed lightly.
"Oh! Ya..maybe I should get her out of here," she said anxiously, standing and swiping her card on the bar by the door so it would open for her.
((I'm still on don't worry.))Emmy looked up "Salem...?"
Kher left them alone ofr a few minutes.
Patrik nodded "That's probably smart."
((*smiles*))"Stupid idiot." she said, looking pointedly at the door. "He's getting permission to come in."
She brushed her lips across Avery's forehead,enjoying the feeling.
When the door opened she pulled Anika through, coming back a moment later once she was dealt with. "So.."
((yea :}))"If he does I'm killing him." Emmy warned
Kher sent a boy in after a while. "I'm here to show you two to your room...?"
Patrik cocked his head
"So...? I've asked enough questions. If you have some you might as well ask them now."
((o__O))"I want to kill him." Shadow said to her.
Teeghan stood up again,gripping Avery tightly but gently. "Um, okay."
"I do, but I'm not asking you."
"Fine with me." Emmy nodded.The boy nodded "Follow me." He was cute and couldn't be older than 11.
"Oh why not? I just asked you all those questions, I might as well let you in my head for a little while." He smiled gently.
She smiled, still feeling a bit wonky from the thoughts flooding her mind.Teeghan felt really bad for the kid, and didn't want to fight him, knowing that most likely she'd win, even with Avery. So she just followed carefully.
Mackenna shook her head and looked away from him. "Don't do that."
"There are WAY to many people in this place today. It's giving me a headache." Emmy said biting her lip.He pointed at a door. "That's it." He smiled at her and left.
"What?" Patrik asked confused.
"Me too!" Shadow said exasperatedly.She made a face and shifted the baby so she was just in one arm, using the other to open the door.
"Smile at me so innocently!" She shook her head at how stupid that sounds. "I mean, don't smile at me like that."
"Their heat signatures are screwing me up like you have no idea." Emmy said annoyedPatrik laughed
"I didn't do anything to be Innocent at. And fine I won't."
Salem leaned against the wall again. "I can't make them stop like I used to. But I hear more and they're all clear. It's pissing me off all the friggin' stupid things these idiots think of!""Thank-you," Mackenna felt ridiculous acting someone to not smile at her.
Emmy walked over to her "Can I try something? It might help drown them out."
Patrik nodded
"Your welcome."
Shadow wanted to say no, but she nodded. "Yeah..sure..I guess you can."Mackenna smiled.
"It's not bad I swear." Emmy concentrated for a second then closed her eyes. Her tattoos started glowing again, when she opened her eyes they were silver. She smiled reasuringly at her, telling her that she still had control. She placed a hand near Salem's temple. She held it there for a second and then dropped her hand and walked away muttering to herself.Patrik went to smile back but bit his lip.
"So no questions?" He raised an eyebrow.
Shadow was confused, "Emmy?""No, but I guess you can smile if you must..considering I smiled at you. It's only fair."
Emmy held up a hand to her, she was still slivery."Not right now."
Patrik grinned and nodded
"So, what are you doing here then?"
Shadow sat back, feeling a little odd.She shrugged. "They sent me because of Anika."
Emmy stood there for a while trying to go back to normal, but the outlines of her normally black tattoos were rimmed in silver just like her eyes. She didn't know what that meant but it was probably bad."Salem?"
Patrik nodded "Makes sense."
"Yeah?" she said anxiously.Mackenna nodded too. "Yeah, I guess."
"Please tell me your fine." Emmy said "Because I don't feel it. It's like I'm underwater.""Well this sucks..." Patrik said.
Shadow frowned. "No, not really.. Emmy. I'm scared.""Yeah.sorry bout that."
Emmy nodded "Me too." She leaned against the wall.Kher walked in as Emmy's knees buckled and she slid to the floor.
"What just happened?" She asked Shadow.
Patrik laughed "It's alright."
"I don't know!" she was definitely freaking out now. "Emmy what'd you do! I feel so weird!"Mackenna tried to smile.
Emmy couldn't hear her. She had blacked out in a sense. She was totally zoned, nothing was going to make it through to her.Kher spun to look at Shadow worry and anxiety on her face for the first time in a while.
"Tell me everything that happened today. From the second she walked in."
Patrik felt weird all of a sudden.
"Emmy.." He whispered to himself suddenly knowing.
"Uh," she tried to clear some of the fog in her mind. "Um, we talked..she stopped my headache earlier..uh..just a few seconds ago she tried something: I don't know what it was, but it made both of us feel all wonky." Shadow stopped talking at that point, her speach having become a little slurred for some reason.Mackenna perked up. "What about her?"
"No Salem. What did she do? Like how did she do it? This is so Important." Kher said frantic."Something is really wrong. Like REALLy wrong." Patrik said
She bit her lip. "I don't know! She held her hand by my temple and then she just..walked away, and that's when the feeling started.""Shit."
"Can you walk?" Kher asked her"Yeah I know!" Patrik said exasperated. This was bad.
Shadow shrugged. "I can try, why?"Mackenna was nervous, "What kind of 'bad'?"
"Because you and Emmeline are going to Observation, untill we figure out what the hell she did." Kher said calling a gaurd to help carry Emmy. "Like I'm scared for her 'bad'" Patrik said really nervous.
Shadow could've cried, but she stood, wobbling a little at her own weight. "Holy carp." ((yes, she said carp))"Oh!" Mackenna was nervous because he was nervous.
((lol))Kher put a hand out to steady her.
"Yeah if you have anything invested in Emmy or me. You might want to check in with Cobra and Kherington about whats going on with her." Patrik said, he started pacing the length of the room.
((o__O))For once she wasn't angry with Kherington. "Thanks.."
Mackenna jumped up and left the room.
((Emmy screwed up BIG TIME O_o))"Your welcome." She replied Helping her to Observation.
Patrik waited anxiously for her to come back and hopefully tell him what had happened to Emmy.
((AHHH! I'm worried))Salem collapsed once they got there, tears falling freely down her cheeks. But she was silent.
Mackenna phoned Cobra.
Kher was leaving Observation when her cell buzzed in her pocket. She picked it up. "Hello?"Emmy was put on a bed in the same room with Salem. The gaurd left the same way Kher did.
Patrik hated the not knowing what the hell was going on.
"Kherington, what's going on over there?" Mackenna asked the younger teen.Salem allowed the darkness to take over and she faded into unconsciousness.
"I would tell you if I knew, Mackenna. I just walked in and Emmeline was gone and Salem was loosing consciousness fast. I'll send you the tapes, but there isn't much I can do here." Kher repliedPatrik tried to send his thoughts out to Salem but it didn't work. That was when he knew something was majorly wrong.
She nodded to herself. "Okay, that's much appreciated."Mackenna went back into the room. "Emmy and Salem." she shook her head. "I don't know, the others are clueless and they're sending the tapes over."
Kher went and copied all of the tapes from that day she emailed them to Mackenna. Patrik nodded and said to her
"It's going to be bad. I can tell."
Mackenna left again to get her laptop, coming back moments later. "We've got the vids." she turned them on and let him see.
((k))Patrik sat next to her and looked at them. He stopped when he go to the important part.
((Bleh... you guys went so far!))
Sean had slipped out after them and followed, letting Shadow lean on him and hoping he didn't get sent back to the cell.
