A typically confusing Prologue, at least for me, and then back to the Letheras Empire. Thank goodness for some Tehol & Bugg amongst the grimness of Chapter 1. Will comment in the appropriate thread as I get a little further.

Scott (thekeeblertree) | 99 comments Haha, I love how we're conditioned at this point to expect to have no idea what's going on in the prologue

Juliana I'm in!

Justine (justine_ao) | 636 comments I don't know how I missed this thread but obviously I'm in:)

Helen Finished the prologue, not totally lost but...

Creepy picture of Rhulad on the cover :-/

Helen Ok, I'm lost. Midnight Tides - Trel is with his family. Bonehunters - he's with Onrack.

Is he with or away from his family now? It's bugging me enough that I can't concentrate!

Scott (thekeeblertree) | 99 comments The events in Reaper's Gale take place after Bonehunters so he's already been shorn and left for dead where he eventually meets Onrack.

Helen Thanks, I actually came across the shorting earlier. So many people!

haha yeah. Can be like Pulp Fiction at times, too, with jumping around the timeline.

Helen Shorting! Why don't I ever notice mobile -speak til later?

David Hedges | 71 comments Just started it :)

Shivsankar S | 1 comments Half way into Reaper's Gale. Have been left breathless by all the previous 6 books, especially the punishing pace of the climax(es) in Bonehunters. The jumping around the timelines makes it challenging to follow the various plots, but therein lies the addictive beauty of this series! :-)

Sky | 12 comments I'm just getting started - dunno if I'll meet any stragglers along the way but looking forward to everyone's comments in subsequent threads!

Helen Enjoy

Scott (thekeeblertree) | 99 comments Enjoy, indeed!

I thought this one was going to be a slog, but it ended up contending for my favorite of the series. So many great, intriguing story lines.

David Hedges | 71 comments I'm still reading it Sky. About two thirds through, even though I've been reading it for a month. I'm really enjoying it though, despite my slow pace!

Helen All of them have been a slow pace for me.
