He scanned the piece with a blank face, "Its about the sun godess Amaterasu. I wasnt so sure until I saw the line where it claimed her to be a girl. At which point I was convinced. The struggles of immortality, and the implications of hope even in darkness, and depressionin the light. Though it can be interpreted in several ways I suppose" he replied calmly.

"What do you think it means by 'my tragedy has become my plunder'?" Lauri asked. he understood it talked about the variations in time and Amaterasu but he wanted the deeper picture, what was the final message his friend tried to get across?

Akise smiles,"Told you he was smart" He then looks back at Tamaki, waiting patiently for him to answer this question.

He thought for a moment, "I guess that can be interpreted in many ways too. Plunder means to steal from someone. Perhaps it means that he or she is being forced to do the same thing to others that happened to him" he speculated.

"That might be true, he was a doctor and in his past he had a life/death surgery." Lauri pondered in thought, it didn't feel right though.

Akise keeps quiet to let them talk, his gaze going over to the full moon once again. His red, demon eyes glew brightly in the darkness, giving him a rather spine chilling presence.

He thought for a moment, "But Im not entirely sure. It can be a number of things. It could be a struggle with sexuality. Or perhaps a traumatic past event that forces him to do it to others. I cant be sure. Though, what is your opinion on this?" He asked.

[Huntress]

"Maybe, he's grateful for the sad moments in his life because if he didn't know what sorrow was how could he experience joy? Maybe his tragedy or sorrow allowed him to experience his joy or plunder?" Lauri suggested but this was only his opinion after all, his friend was always talking about contrast's of harmony. Maybe he meant that even if you had the sad moments in your life you should be grateful for the understanding off happiness.

Akise remains silent, thinking, Too bad we cant just bring back the dead and ask him.. Well.. I know someone who could, but its too dangerous.. He furrows his eyebrows at the thought before nodding in agreement with Tamaki.

Tamaki nodded, "So he had the yin and yang complex. Two sides of a penny." He murmured in thought.

Akise finally answers,"Do what scientists do, research it"

Tamaki glanced at him, smiling and kissing his cheek, "But theres one problem. Poetry is hard to simply research. Poetry is a potrayal of ones feelings. And emotions arent always easy to decipher." He replied.

"We might be wrong in our understanding for all we know." Lauri agreed.

Akise blinks, startled yet pleased by the kiss as he smiles,"Like I told Lauri here, you're the smart one, not me.." He wraps an arm around Tamaki's shoulders, pulling him close.

He blinked, "Youre pretty smart Akise. Dont underestimate yourself." He cleared his throat, "Yea well, is that all?" He asked Lauri.

"i just wanted a professional guess at what it meant." Lauri admitted, not that he hadn't already shown it to several poets and got the same result.

Akise blinks, smiling at Tamaki,"Im street smart, not book smart.." He then listens to them quietly, keeping a protective arm over Tamaki, glancing at the ground in thought.

Tamaki thought for a moment, "Maybe... Youre looking at it from the wrong angle. Maybe you cant decipher it because youre following the wrong leads. Not that I have any idea of what that alternate lead would be." He added.

"Stating his confidence that his friend would shout his words without actually telling him what words to say." Lauri joked as he chuckled to himself.

Akise watches silently, seeming pleased that they're getting along before leaning back against the old, sort of weak metal railing, listening to it creak when he does.

He blinked, grabbing Akise's wrist and pulling forward, "Aki-chan, thats dangerous!" He said, pouting before directing his attention to Lauri and chuckling lightly, "Yea. Its kind of ironic. The person you thought you knew the most happens to be the one who confuses you" he said.

"Irony, a man's constant companion." Lauri agreed as he watched the weak support which had almost broke.

Akise blinks, smirking at Tamaki's concern and at the nickname,"Aw.. But whats the fun of having no danger?" Akise was always like this near Tamaki, perhaps it was because he liked teasing him like Sebastian liked doing with Ciel, or perhaps because he liked knowing Tamaki cared about him.

Tamaki shook his head, "No danger for you" he said sternly before sighing and nodding to Lauri, "Indeed it is. I hope I helped with the poem" he said.

Akise blinks, taking it seriously,"Really? Then all we'd need is a lawer to prove I wasnt involved!!" He then looks at Tamaki,"Can I at least wrestle an aligater?"

Tamaki blinked, "There will be no highjacking or lawyers or alligators! You will not be involved in any grand heists or crazy schemes, this isnt mission impossible and Im no damsel in distress." He said, scrunching his eyebrows up in worry and sterness.

Lauri simply stood up as he pulled out his phone and played the mission impossible theme music. "let's go find a train loaded with alligators." He said, suddenly becoming serious since he was kind of told he couldn't do it.

Akise smirks,"Besides, Tamaki.. I think you'd look very alluring in a dress.." He snickers,"But fine, for you, I wont.." He then kisses Tamaki's cheek, laughing at the music that Lauri put on.
