"The story they tell me is different, I see how that they show despite the darkness of night if you try hard enough your light is still visible across the vast distances."

"It's how I chose to view them, my own belief." Lauri said as he sighed, a shooting star dancing across the sky.

"I don't like wishes." Lauri admitted, many people found this strange.

"To wish for something is to believe you can't do it yourself, that's why I don't wish for things. If I want to be happy I'll go and make myself happy, belief in yourself is all you need in the end." Lauri explained.

"So you wish not in hope of aid but just to have a friend to remind you where you're going in life." Lauri summed up as he stood again and looked at Akise.

"If it would please you I can be your friend," Lauri said as he walked up and placed a hand on Akise's shoulder, "and I promise I'll listen without judging." He promised as he tilted his head with a loving smile of true friendship.

"How else would it be fun if there wasn't danger?" He asked as he shrugged his shoulders with a smirk.

Lauri reached out and accepted Akise's hand. "A friend through the gentlest and worst times, hope shall never leave my sight. The highest glory shall not raise me and the lowest grief shall not lower my friend. My life is theirs and they are mine, a safe guard to an unworthy shield. A true friend for better or worse, until the last bitter end." Lauri recited the small poem he had made with his friend and has been using to every new one since then, if only his friend knew how many people had heard it.

"I had a friend who quoted and wrote poems on numerous things, I've simply began quoting him." Lauri admitted as he scratched the back of his head with a guilty smile.

"Six feet under ground. I didn't know it at the time but they were a wise person, it wasn't till after they had died that I realised this." Lauri sighed as the smile faded from his face, some people considered it was his fault why his friend died so he didn't think it was a 'royal treatment' but closer to the opposite.

"I don't expect you to be as good as my old friend, I expect you to be yourself." Lauri assured her as he placed his hands on his hips and looked up at the night sky."They always talked about things I never understood, some of which I still don't get. Their favourite topic was the harmony of war however." Lauri recalled from his past, poems about everything but most frequently they were contrasting themselves.

"They generalised the wars." Lauri responded."be the calm in the storm
Be the light in the darkness
Be the peace while at war."
He quoted his friend once more, for only the dead have truly seen the end of war.

"He had his own charm, just as I'm sure you do." He assured her as he smiled again, everyone had their own thing to make them grand.

Akise blinks, coughing and rubs the back of his head nervously,"i-im not that grand im sure.."
(Yes, typo)"Of course you do, you just need to find your spark." Lauri assured her as he smiled.
" a fish is just as good as a monkey but
if you judge it based on it's ability to climb a tree,
It will live the rest of it's life believing it's stupid"

Akise raises an eyebrow,"And when will that happen?"
"How would I know?" He asked with a shrug.

"Knowledge is a powerful weapon undead, too much and it becomes dangerous." Lauri replied.

"However far, you bright starYou will never be too far.
Ever near or hard to hear
Never will I have to fear.
Your home be black and forever flat
But you shall always have my back."
Lauri poem-ised again as his gaze wondered towards the sky as well, his friend wrote 'a lot' of poems.

Akise smiles, whispering,"He should of got these poems published.."
"They never thought that the poems were any good and would waste the time of the professionals." Lauri sighed and laughed at the same time in the understatement of his friends on work.

"They shun him because his poems always drifted, some of the poems began talking about flowers before shifting to the weather and then leaping to law before resting on death." He informed her.

"You suddenly seem sad, did I say something?" Lauri asked as he looked at Akise in concern

"But if no one was judged and everyone equal, the world would fall into chaos." Lauri countered"world so cruel has forsaken thee,
I wanted a life where all was free.
The only ones judged the best
Were like apes, beating on their chest.
The ones judged poor and likely to fail,
They were given only a shovel and pail.
Now my dreams were killed sudden and fast
As I fear these words may be my last.
But if I had not done my part
All would have fallen, straight from the heart."

"The third last one my friend wrote, his view on society. Yes it seems unfair that some get the good jobs and some get the bad but he believed that if the people with the bad jobs didn't do them, the good life couldn't exist." Lauri explained to Akise.
