Ash turned to Lennox and smirked. "He" He said pointing towards Reaver "will do anything to get the information out of me." He turned and said with that smirk again. "But he will have to do better than just threaten my life."

Len smiled unwittingly. Demons always had guts, but only someone like Cara, like this guy, was determined enough to stand up against a Reaper. Cara wouldn't have mocked though, she would have enticed.

"He would. Soula would be better to deal with though, less volatile. Reaver might just carve you up first."

Ash smirked again... "oh fiesty .. so reaper .. hey look at me I'm talking to you. Or are you too ashamed to look me right in the eye?" He said to Reaver. "What.Is.The.Catch." he asked putting pressure on every word as if talking to a 2 year old.

"i wouldn't 'carve him up' actually." Reaver said as he began to walk back to the group, "but that corner of the building is missing and i'm willing to do what I need to do to get Divine in chains or, better yet, dead," and he stopped infront of ash.

((a demon, my other charrie, who's connected to Len. They were formerly in a some sort of relationship, and he had used her to get someone out of prison and then betrayed their deal...yeah, Cara got pissed))

Ash smiled his venomous smile which screamed that Ash was taunting. he looked Reaver dead in the eye and said "desperate much? Its an unhealthy thing to get too determined about something." He said mocking the man in front of him.

Len looked at Soula, "Reaver's always in a bad mood isn't he?" In all honesty, if it wasn't because two of the artefacts had been stolen, Len would never have taken up with these two Reapers again. Soula was the nice one. But Reaver was a butthole to deal with. He looked at Reaver. "You only need this guy for info. Just tell him what the catch is. We all know that once you help the Reapers, you can't get out of their hold anymore."

the group could literally see the steam coming out of Reavers ears as he grabbed Ash by the neck and walked over to the edge of the building where the entire buildings corner had been decimated to hang him over the side after sticking pins into several points in Ash's back.

"these needles are designed to withhold certain parts of an angels or demons power including the ability to fly." Reaver said, obviously annoyed as he placed one of the pins in his arms.

"this needle in my arm however stops me from taking murderous actions to a certain degree. if I were to choke you the needle will make me drop you and since the other needles won't let you fly, that will be a long drop." Soula tried to get Reaver to stop but he flung her away.

"don't even try, I won't lose to Divine again." Reaver said as he flung Soula away.

(just to see, Divine beat a Reaper. it was purely luck and boosted by one of the artefacts at the time but still.)

Len watched impassively as Reaver held Ash over the edge. To know that a great Reaper had been defeated by Divine...somehow Len was not surprised anymore. If Ash fell, Len would fetch him.

"Your methods were always rough," said Len disgustedly.


((Well now that it's pretty much established that Divine is op and a complete villain, then it'll probably be the only time he'd be able to defeat a Reaper))

a sudden gust of wind slammed into Reaver giving him the desire to close his hands which caused him to let go of Ash.

Len dived on instinct, streaming down to catch the falling demon. He hooked his arms around Ash's waist and pulled up, just short of the stone pavement below. He glared upwards at Reaver.

Coasting back up, he hovered for a moment in front of the Reaper. "What the hell do you think you're doing? Are you that insane?"

He dropped the now unconscious Ash on a bench.

Reaver ignored Lennox as he looked at the direction the wind came from. "is it weird to have wind pick up and leave so suddenly, especially in this situation?" Reaver asked Lennox as Soula was only beginning to regain her stance from being flung back.

Len offered her a hand, wondering if such an action would invoke Reaver's usual possessive temper.

Soula went over and woke Ash up from her state of unconsciousness.

Ash felt someone shake him in urgency. He groaned when he tried to open his head but his head started spinning. He cupped his head with both his hands and tried to sit up. After a couple of tries and failures he gave up and tried opening his eyes. There was someone calling out his name but he could not recognize the voice. After great difficulty he opened his eyes. His head spinning as he looked up into the eyes of Soula. She was so close was all he could think. Len came in to destroy the moment as he lifted Ash to his feet.
