Oh okay, well the first one ( {words and water} ) you do in your profile settings. You put it in the last name section, and then there's options below which asks who can see your last name/what does your display name look like in public etc. The Queen of Hell part is a moderator thing. If you're a mod of any group, you can give yourself a title.
