"We are not here to hold you back, or pat your hand as you try to be strong and cut back on your purchases. We will be rallying behind you, chanting your name as you enter the bookstore, and we will throw a book-party in your honor when you come back and share all the wonderful new books youve adopted with us!"

This is what caught my eye, I'm also looking for a space to broaden my literary horisons, as I am starting to feel a little stuck with a few select favourite authors with nothing new on the horison... :(

Thanks for the warm welcome! :)

LOL, I had not realised that I neglected to discuss what my preferences were... opps! :)

I prefer a lot of paranormal stuff, I just finished blasting through the entired Kelley Armstrong Women of the Otherworld series, in less than 4 months, and I did give Twilight a shot (easy read, though too high school for me to really get into) I don't really have a firm genre in mind, I will read whatever is on hand that people truly enjoy, non-fiction, fiction it's all the same to me... though my non-fiction is strictly set within Sociology, Women's Studies and "New Age".

Cheers all!
and Happy Reading
