Hey everyone, I'm Alex and I've really been longing for a really close bookish friend. I live in Queens New York, and I'm 14 years old. I read almost everything that has to do with YA, but I do tend to stray sometimes in the NA and Middle Grade reading section. I have both a blog and a Booktube channel! My blog is called The Book's Buzz, and it's really just this quirky and bright sight for book reviews.

I read a little of everything lately I have been reading a lot of adult fiction, literary fiction, and memoir, but I also read some YA, I dabble in very occasional sci-fi, and I have a particular love for indulging in quality children's literature (I run a goodreads/booktube book club focused on children's lit here - https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/... ) I'll try any genre once or twice though!

3. While we're on the subject of fan girling, I am more than a little obsessed with a few fictional characters at the moment. Such as, Daryl Dixon, Bellamy Blake and Chaol Westfall. Hahaha!

I'm a big fantasy fan but I read any genre that isn't chicklit/romance/erotica and I don't read much general fiction

I have a question. I've got a camera but every time I film a video it makes this weird static noise halfway through the video. I can use my webcam but it's not as good a quality. I have a cheap 40.00 camera from meijer but I'm not working at the moment and it's all I can afford so I'm thinking if I should keep using the camera or switch back to webcam?

Hi. I'm brand new to this group - just discovered that it exists and I'm really happy to have found it because I've been booktubing for several years and love meeting new people to talk book stuff with. Anyway, as for this thread my name is Ali and:a) I live in the north of England

c) I'm book mad. Its my favourite thing. I love reading but also collecting books. My books have to match and I like collecting pretty copies of certain books. Not got time for many other hobbies as my job (I'm a secretary) and my daughter (who just turned 3) keep me pretty busy
d) I read YA fantasy/paranormal/dystopian/high fantasy/sci-fi mostly. But also the odd NA contemp here and there and Jennifer L Armentrout is my favourite author (at the moment at least)
