As for Dritan's death, that was quite obvious, and not at all unexpected. I have to say that the concept of living in a spaceship reminded me of (hide spoiler)]

I finished this last night and I couldn't believe the ending!! I was expecting to turn the page and there be another chapter and it was just over!

Yah I totally agree like I think the officials are looking out for everyones best interest by aborting babies that have the defect instead of trying to save the 60%. But what if the defect really IS a lie and it's just this pseudo governments way of population control? I could see that too considering it's a small(ish) space and they have limited resources

(view spoiler)[All that happened here was negative O.o I thought Era would somehow remain undiscovered for viewing files she shouldn't see, but it all led to her being airlocked anyway. Obviously, something fishy is going on in Soren and with "traitors" being killed but too bad it hasn't yet been discovered here (hide spoiler)]

Finally finished!
(view spoiler)[ wow, that ending. I have a feeling Era is really dead, there's not really a way to survive something like that.. But Dritan can be a different story! I'm really eager to find out how this continues, so I think I will be trying to read the next book in this series! I enjoyed this despite its flaws :) (hide spoiler)]
