Looking for experienced thriller reader reviews

Hi, I just finished a book that is between the spy story and the pure sci-fi tale. Friends and colleagues liked it very much, would anyone care to read it? Plot is dead simple, an immortality drug is around since 1981 and the world will crumble in the next 30 years as it gets more and more public. You get all the usual guys in the game (from Mossad to Vatican via China).
