I'm really really enjoying this one. I can't even imagine being allergic to everything and how hard that could be.

Olly(view spoiler)[ of course he's adorable. I feel bad for what he's going through. He may not be locked in the house but he's certainly in a bad household.

That she charged a border to get here - that it was her life to choose and she could die or she could live and find a life.

it's profound. I hadn't even thought of the similarities until she said them. I miss Carla in her house too. (hide spoiler)]

mom(view spoiler)[ I don't blame her mom at all. I mean, I do but I don't. She HAD to know her daughter would one day want to....be in the world - at least a little. She should have let her find other kids/support groups for kids that were inside or allergic to outside....
She should have tried to find ways for the internet to connect her daughter other than school. Because what happens when her mother is gone? Who will be there for then? (hide spoiler)]

Finally home from work and am getting ready to start it. But I have a book that is due back Saturday so I'll have to give that book priority. I'm so glad it's good and you guys like it!

About halfway through and I couldn't stop drawing parallels between this and The Fault in Our Stars. (Except in my opinion the characters are so much better in this).
