Need name of zombie novel

Stumbled across this last year and thought I had shelved it as "To Read" but didn't.

The plot concerns an outbreak in a small Pennsylvania town and the main character is the sheriff or police chief, who happens to be female. I think it was published either in 2012 or 2013, and I'm pretty sure it had a one-word title.

Has to be this one: Dead of Night by Jonathan Maberry. It's so good! It has a sequel to it called Fall of Night, also very good.
