My apologies for not being able to provide a review. I am really disappointed as I have attempted to convert this book 3 times. Due to problems with the formatting, the sentences are all mixed up and the book is essentially unreadable. I have never had this problem before so if there are any suggestions on how to correct this problem, I would appreciate any help. IF and when I can get a readable copy, I would be happy to read & review this book.
