Books that were better than the movie

I think the Percy Jackson BOOKS was way way better than the MOVIE.

I have read only The Lighting Thief from the Percy Jackson series and the movie was awful!! I can't believe they changed sooo much (I think I will never get over it)
The Hunger Games definitely, though I think they did a pretty good job for Catching Fire.

Vampire Academy book 1 was way way better than the movie
City of Bones book 1 as well.

The book thief. The movie was really good but not as touching as the book and you didn't connect with the characters that much in the film :) just my opinion

I agree with you Andrea, the movie was good but not as good as the book. Though most of the times the books are way better than the movies.

Beautiful Creatures. The movie was a major disappointment and if my memory serves, the movie was WAY different than the book. The entire time, my sister and I were pointing out the differences.
