Missing page numbers (+merge editions?)

Interestingly (or rather, confusingly), there are at least three Kindle editions for this book: B000FCK238, B004I43MO0 and B003GGST8A.

I only found the second one (B004I43MO0) on Amazon, said to be 304 pages long and with a different (updated?) cover.

If any of you guys could fix that, it would be great. :)

Both the second and the third have a different cover on Amazon.
Goodreads does not replace covers. Instead an alternate cover edition is created:

Books that are no longer available do not get deleted.
