Talia Vega: Bar manager at Suzette's. She's a survivor of the Seattle Slasher and former mistress of David Maxwell. She's recently emerged from living in a safe house under an assumed identity. She's 5'5" and has wavy black hair and brown eyes.
Jack Brooks: Former Army Ranger who worked as the security manager for Club One. He tried to help Megan and Talia escape from Nate Brewster. Now manages the Seattle operations for Gemini Securities. He's 6'4" and has dark hair and blue eyes.
Rosario (Rosie) Vega: Talia's younger sister who she's raised since childhood. She is a freshman at Stanford University
Susie Morse: Talia's friend and boss who owns Suzette's.
Philip Nolan: Police detective who believes the case he is working on is connected to Talia's past.
Ben Moreno: Senior security specialist with Gemini.
Alex Novascelic: Senior security specialist with Gemini.
Kevin: Rosie's on-again, off-again boyfriend.
Danny Taggart: Jack's best friend. Part owner of Gemini Securities, also is featured in Gemini trilogy.
Caroline Taggart: Danny's wife.
Anna Taggart: Danny and Caroline's 3-year old daughter.
Derek Taggart: Part owner of Gemini Securities; Ethan's twin brother, also is featured in Gemini trilogy.
Alyssa Miles Taggart: Derek's wife, friends with Jack and Suzie.
Ethan Taggart: Part owner of Gemini Securities, Derek's twin brother. He's also is featured in Gemini trilogy.
Toni Taggart: Ethan's wife.
Joey Taggart: Ethan and Toni's baby boy.
Joe Taggart: Danny, Ethan and Derek's father who's engaged to be married to Marcy.
Marcy Kramer: Joe's fiancée.
Gus Esperanza: Mixed martial arts fighter. Owns his own gym where he has training sessions with Talia.
Dana: Rosie's roommate.
Eugene (Gene) Kuusik: Serial killer.
Margaret Grayson-Maxwell: Woman who was connected to her husband's criminal enterprise. She's been recently released from prison.
David Maxwell: Married to Margaret, he kept Talia as his mistress. Now deceased, he was responsible for a criminal enterprise and used his nephew, Nate, to murder prostitutes.
Nate Brewster: Known as the Seattle Slasher, he worked for his uncle, David.
Lizzy Brooks: Jack's younger sister.
Madison Delaney: One of Gene's victims.
Greg Sutherland: Former Marine Force Recon.
Officer Roberts: Palo Alto police officer.
Detective Carolla: Palo Alto Police detective.
Charlie Ferguson: Attorney.

I'm done with this one and was disappointed overall. Not nearly as good as the first two in the series.

I agree and I thought I rated it 3 stars. It's showing 4...probably 3.5 but I need to fix that. I struggled through this one.

I went back and changed my 3.5 (rounded up) to round down to 3 stars. I was waffling about my rating and, with hindsight, decided to fix it.

It was a solid 3 stars for me. Just too many issues with it to justify an extra 0.5
