Lapis stumbled a bit as Armina pushed her towards the door. She looked up at her and followed her example by covering her mouth and nose with her shirt. She held on to her stuffed cat tighter as she went over to the door. She move the chair that Armina had put there before and opened the door. After she stepped outside she pulled her shirt back down. "What are we supposed to do about that?"

Lapis shrugged, "I guess, my arms kind of feel weird and I have a headache but other than that I think I'm fine." She said as she rolled up her sleeve to see why her arms felt funny. On her arms was strange writing in what looked like black ink. She tried to rub it off but it wouldn't go away, it didn't even smudge. "I don't know what this is. This wasn't there before." She said taking a closer look at the writing, trying to figure out what it said.

"No, they don't hurt, I don't need the bandages. They're just kind of numb. I don't really feel anything on my arms. It's weird." She traced the words on her arm as she thought about what language it could be. "It looks like an old language. Maybe Latin?" She suggested. "We can think more about this later, we should leave. Other people might come. We should hide somewhere so they don't know we were here."

Armina replaced her wraps. Hopefully Lapis would be okay. It didn't hurt her, whatever it was, so at least there was that. She sighed, looking at her. "Just make sure you let me know if you feel anything else weird, okay? I'm worried about you." She nervously looked around at the area they were in. She didn't see anyone for now, but Lapis had a point. Two groups had already come for the book, there might be more. She worriedly looked at Lapis's arm. The girl had said that she had tracked the book, so she knew it was in the library. Could people track them now? Had the book given Lapis some of its power? Was it even destroyed? She had no idea. Maybe hiding for now was the best option. She responded, "Good point, we should hide...Somewhere near, or farther away?" She gazed around the vicinity, looking for potential spots.
"Don't worry. I'll tell you if it gets worse." She said as she pulled her sleeves back down over her arms to hide the writing. "I don't know where to go, the only place I can think of is my house. I don't know many other places to hide." She said as she walked down the steps to the street. "We can go to my place, it's not to far a walk, maybe about ten minutes that way." She said pointing down the only street that had no street lamps.

"It's fine, it's not like there's anyone there to say you can't stay. And you can pick what ever room you want as long as it isn't mine." She said smiling as she grabbed Armina's hand and lead her down the street. "It's a big house with lots of rooms, you probably won't be able to see it since it's dark but it's white and has two floors, the second floor has all the bed rooms." She said trying to describe her house the best she could.
(( want to move the RP to the thread for her house?))
(( want to move the RP to the thread for her house?))

Armina smiled as Lapis grabbed her hand. It reminded her how nice it felt to have a friend again. She tried her best to keep up with her. She replied, "It sounds beautiful. I can't wait to see it." As it got darker, she began to get worried, constantly glancing back to make sure they weren't being followed. She tried to reassure herself that they would probably be fine, but she knew she would continue to worry about it anyway.
((Okay I'll post there. (: ))
Jade walked in, to lazy to use her wings. She looked around for a book and when she found an interesting looking one she went and curled up in a comfortable chair.
Leo looked around the library. "Why are we here?" He asked. No response. "I know you're here answer me." He frowned. Nothing was there and nothing said anything. He huffed and started to walk around the library.
Jade looked up from her book at the boy who had just spoken.
She rolled her eyes and went back to reading.
She rolled her eyes and went back to reading.
"Neal I know you're there." Leo said looking around for his ghost friend. He was starting to get a little angry with him.
Jade looked up again. This kid was getting a little obnoxious. "Can I help you?" She asked, marking her page and standing up.
Leo looked around, "Me or him?" He pointed to nothing.
Jade looked at the empty spot, then back at the kid. "Umm... I would say you. Because there is no one there."
"He was just here! Bae!" Leo shook his head. He looked up at the girl. "Leo Chambers, 10 year old powerbind at your service." He smiled and reached out a hand.
"My friend. He was right here." He seemed crazy right now. "He's a huge prankster. He's making me seem insane right now. Which I'm not." He stood on his tippy toes. "Do you know Simon?" He asked.
"Oh nothing never mind." He wasn't being a very good wing man. He hadn't got Simon a single girl yet. "What about Clare? She's nice. Unless she tries to kill your best friend but other then that she's pretty cool and so is Annabella and whoever else I've met here." He started to ramble again.
"I do know that. Her powers are awesome unlike mine. Nah they're pretty great. What kind of powers do you have?" He asked her.
"Umm... Well I can fly obviously." She fluttered her wings a little. "And I can control the weather and bring weather inside buildings. So like, I could make it snow in here. But I'm not going to do that because the library is one of my favorite places and I don't feel like blizzarding the place."
His eyes lit up."I can do the opposite. I can walk, I can blow things up, set myself on fire, set my pants on fire and yell really loud so things get knocked over." Just then Leo felt a chill up his back and a yell.
"BOO!" Bae yelled behind Leo who screamed and fell.
"BOO!" Bae yelled behind Leo who screamed and fell.
Jade watched Leo get up with a raised eyebrow. She looked at Bae then back to Leo.. "Umm... So, is this your prankster friend who was making you look insane?"
"Prankster...no. Not at all. I'm an adult I don't prank." He was in his child form. "Bae's the name." He said and held out a hand. "Wait I'm a ghost." He pulled his hand back.
Leo tried to smile again. "Why would you do that in front of her?" He said through gritted teeth.
Leo tried to smile again. "Why would you do that in front of her?" He said through gritted teeth.
"Nice to meet you to Jade." He nodded.
Leo rolled his eyes. "So what were you reading?" He asked.
Leo rolled his eyes. "So what were you reading?" He asked.
Jade looked at the book she put down. She picked it up and read the title. "FableHaven by Brandon Mull." She shrugged. "I think he's a human author because I've never heard of him before."
"I used to live in the human world. When did you get to the haven?" Leo asked her.
Bae flew up and down the shelves until he got to the ghost section which here books ghosts could touch.

"I was born here. And frankly I'm quite glad of that because I've heard some pretty bad stories of being a Mythical in the human world. I'm not sure how well people would have reacted to seeing a fairy in their neighborhood."
"Never seen one. I've seen how hunters react when they go into the human world. It's actually pretty funny when they panic." Leo said grinning at the memory of the unorganized hunters.
Bae picked up the book How to get annoying kids away from you? "Seems to fit the situation." He said as he flew over.

"I've never seen a Hunter. I've heard of plenty of them. But I've never met any." Jade saw the title of Bae's book and grinned.
"Bae your my protector. You have no choice. We went over this. If you fly more then 30 yards away from me you'll be poofed right back here." Leo frowned at the title.
"I could have been paired up with any other kid." He argued with himself as he slowly glided back to the shelve.

"Friends? No. We have no choice but to be together. It's even creepier when I use the bathroom and he has to stay in front of the door." Leo said. He liked having Bae around though.
"What about this one? It's hardcover." Bae shook the book a little How to kill a Powerbind
"What about this one? It's hardcover." Bae shook the book a little How to kill a Powerbind
Jade looked at the book and rolled her eyes. "I bet the entire thing is just saying "Ha! Good luck! You can't kill a Powerbind!" Because Powerbinds are pretty much the strongest." She said with a matter of fact tone.
Bae grumbled something and went back to his search.
"So you dragged me here to find ways to leave me." Leo said then Bae nodded, yes.
"So you dragged me here to find ways to leave me." Leo said then Bae nodded, yes.
((I have to go Happy New Years))
((Bye. Happy New Years to you too!))
Jade fluttered back to her chair and sat down, still watching Leo and Bae.

Leo watched Bae search and come back and search and come back.
Bae frowned "There is nothing in this library."
Bae frowned "There is nothing in this library."
"Maybe you if you tried looking for a cool book instead of a 'How to' book you might find something." Jade suggested.
Bae frowned and put, How to cook a powerbind, back onto the shelf. "What do you suggest I get then?" He asked.
"I don't know. Just find something with a cool sounding title and a cool looking cover. That's what I did when I chose FableHaven."
Bae went back and looked for a book. Harry Ghostter and the Dead Hallows "How about this?" He asked.
Bae opened up his book and started to read.
"What are you doing? We have places to be, people to met, almost getting killed." Leo stomped his food.
