Need help getting book listed under my name

Hi, I just tried to add a new book of mine Between Mountain and Sea because I didn't see it under my author profile. But then discovered that a fan had added it to do a review. I think the problem is that this book I used Louisa Locke as the pen name rather than M. Louisa Locke, which i used for my historical mysteries. Could you get this book (both print and ebook editions) under my author profile, and get rid of any duplicates? I noticed that in attempting to load something without a cover went up.
